Very polite, quick, no fuss, got the mattress into the house with no issues. Got a text beforehand to say ETA was 30 mins or so, driver turned up about 35 mins later. Very happy!

Overall not too bad
Overall not too bad, it's easy to tell that bed is £800 together with a mattress. It's not aligned as well as on pictures and you can see black parts on a beige colour which ruins it a bit

Issues promptly sorted and delivery drivers polite and helpful.
We had an issue with our order not going through properly on the system to be delivered, this was promptly sorted out by the grasswarehouse and SGK and we recieved the order the next day.
Staff who were delivering communicated well, were punctual, polite and happy to help.

A reliable delivery and installation services company
SGK both delivered the Pergola I ordered from Hygge, and then installed it.
The 3 chaps arrived at the later end of the scheduled time slot, but did give notice of arrival time, and then delivered their installation services very efficiently during the subsequent 3 hours.
They interacted well with me, seeking clarification of installation options, and warning of issues arising (like identifying the limited risk to cracking of a a couple of tiles during bolting down the legs of the Pergola).
The finished installation was well accomplished, and the features of lighting and heating were reviewed by them for my benefit.
