VERY damaged box and soaked items.
The box came in hideous condition. It was all wrapped in some odd material which was then fastened together and there was NO way of identifying anything was wrong with the box until i fully opened it, ofcourse after signing. The box was soaked in water/oil and the parts were falling out. I will now email their team, if they wont offer a replacement/partial refund then i will be fuming since these items are not cheap.

I was kept up to date on delivery dates/ times. The delivery men were helpful and calm despite what turned out to be a tricky delivery. They took care of our property.
