The replacement came from Italy and was delivered more swiftly than expected. I was kept informed throughout the process and I would certainly recommend the service. Ordered some new rubber feet for our Smeg gas hob,these were for the pan stands,simple to place the order,some were initially out of stock and had to come from Spain,however it didn’t take long for use to receive them,outstanding service from Servastdirect again,would highly recommend them to anyone wanting replacement parts.

First class service from a company for a change. I ordered an element for my oven on Sunday night on line at 10pm, I had a confirmation e-mail at lunchtime on Monday saying they were processing my order and I had a text from DPD at 8am Tuesday morning telling me my delivery was planned for 1pm on the Tuesday. I got home after work at 6pm and by 6.30pm I had the element changed and the oven working to get dinner on the move. Great service, very much appreciated.
