I sent two iPhone 11 64GB to MusicMagpie, who invented non-existent faults and dropped their offer for each phone from £68 to £16. This led me to find Gizmo2Go when I read about other people’s similar experiences. Once the phones eventually arrived back from MusicMagpie, I sent them straight off to Gizmo2Go. They were collected free by Royal Mail at noon yesterday and by 3PM today I had confirmation from Gizmo2Go that they had received them and were sending me the full amount they had quoted - £58 for each phone. The money landed in my bank account less than an hour later.

TLDR: Honest offer and fantastic service from Gizmo2Go, I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Fair play - paid up as advertised.

Very quick correspondence. Paid a fair price which I was happy with, and the money was in my account within half an hour of the fee being agreed.

Tried to sell my phone. Royal mail tried to deliver to gizmo2go who refused the delivery because it was obviously damaged. Royal mail lost the parcel. Gizmo2go were communicative and helpful whilst I claimed with royal mail, royal mail refused the claim as it was returns postage so claim had to come from gizmo2go. Gizmo2go then made a claim and at the point where royal mail will have compensated them they ghosted me. They profited from my loss.

I was paid the price for my iPhone 14 Pro which had been agreed.
Was all done within a couple of days.
Will definitely use this site again.

Got a few prices that where quite low. Gizmo offered a decent price. The whole process was very quick and paid out same day. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent communication. I'd forgotten to remove my iPad from iCloud and entered some details incorrectly, they reached out to me over WhatsApp to fix it, and as soon as I did, I got paid (exactly the same as I was originally quoted) within a few hours. Highly recommended for non-working devices

Got a much reduced offer from Mazuma after inspection. Asked for a return, found a better offer on Gizmo.

They’ve clearly paid same day as receipt, no quibbles. Their criteria is generous, technically they were happy to accept a “broken” phone which ours was far from so I think it’s a win win for both parties here.

I did not quite get the price that I was originally given but I did feel like I was treated fairly and they still gave me a price in excess of what most other businesses were offering. If you have a damaged phone I would recommend selling it to Gizmo2go.

After the quote price for my phone, I received confirmation and communication about the available choices for free postage.
Upon receipt of the phone, I was sent the invoice and was paid instantly.
