I stumbled across SENIOR STAIRLIFTS so lucky from first contact HELPFUL RESPECTFUL EFFICIENT
Carl who came out was beyond helpful professional and the whole service was beyond our expectations.

Shaun was polite, personable and informative … he informed us of our options regarding our aging broken lift and gave us the most suitable option for a replacement product… nothing was too much trouble and was prompt and reliable with time keeping …we will request Shaun if we need service or repair within our warranty period …only down side of the company are high additional warranty cost and call-out costs but no pressure selling so all good

I called Senior Stair lifts as I had not renewed my warranty with the supplier (for various reasons!) and a service was overdue plus a couple of problems. Steve W came and sorted my problems and did a service. He was very friendly, efficient and left no marks on my cream carpet! Steve also gave me a competitive quote for future servicing which I accepted. I feel reassured that I have a company I can rely on to deal with any problems that may occur with my stairlift in the future. I am impressed!
