Initially a good service. Information clearly imparted. Efficient measurements, and competent service, from Siohan.
However a WARNING
My wife unfortunately died before she could use the Starlift so it has never been used.They have been obstructive & won't process a return or reasonable Buyback price £100 only was the offer for the unused £1900 item. No sympathy in this company, once they have your Money. Best avoid dodgy business practices.

My Mobility saved me a lot of time
Julie was friendly, down to earth and very unobtrusive. She is obviously very knowledgeable and gave good advice without being pushy. Excellent communication skills and involved my aunt ( who the chairlift was for) at every opportunity.
My Mobility did all the researchand found a very good reasonably priced solution.

The service offered was fantastic. The surveyor Julie was lovely, really knew her job & gave us great advice. We were quoted a good price & were given an installation date straightaway so no waiting around. Would recommend anyone considering a stairlift to get in touch for a quote.

Stairlift dilemma
Contacted My Mobility ltd and arranged to see Julie on Tuesday 14th April, who was on time, always a good start for us old 'uns. She was fantastic, not patronising in any way, extremely friendly and professional. My German Shepherd loved her. She recommended a system that she felt would benefit me the most. Ironically it was also one of the lifts I had shortlisted via google. There was no pressure sales technique and in fact I have called her a couple of times since to go over certain technical issues and she re-affirmed my decision to purchase a stairlift from My mobility UK. And installation is very quick, only a few days to wait. Thanks very much for everything. Pity not all businesses has people like her. Life would be so much easier

I would just like to share what a professional efficient and caring person Aaron is , as part of the my mobility team .since the installation of our stairlift for our elderly mum,I have had to call him on several occasions, he is quick to respond to messages. He is extremely patient as it has always been user error.
Again yesterday another problem which was resolved today .I cannot thank him and his team enough. 100 percent excellent service. Thank you

I recently had my initial appointment with Steve Watson from My Mobility and found the whole experience very positive.
Steve was friendly, approachable, and made the process feel straightforward from the outset. He took the time to explain everything clearly without overcomplicating things, which made it much easier to understand the options available. There was no pressure at any stage, and I felt comfortable asking questions.
The visit itself was well organised and efficient, and I have now placed my order. At this stage, everything has gone smoothly and exactly as expected, so I am hopeful that the rest of the process will continue in the same way.
A great first impression and a reassuring start to the journey.
