Friendly and Professional
Good communication from start to finish, kept us informed all the way through answering any questions we had.
Tony L the engineer who fitted the stairlift called us before arriving with an ETA and arrived promptly.
He explained how he was going to carry out the installation. His workmanship was very good and he cleaned up after him. He instructed us in the use of the stairlift and had us try it before leaving. Very professional job. Would highly recommend Senior Stairlifts.

I would recommend Senior Stairlifts as a company who have been wholly responsive to our family circumstances and needs. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional, interested in ensuring their very best service as well as being friendly and helpful. Senior Stairlifts provided a solution to our complex staircase arrangements and we are so grateful that Rob’s skills and expertise during our initial visit ensured we had the very best possible solution.
All the engineers and fitters have been super, Raith, Tony and Joe. A very special mention to Dan who went above and beyond to problem solve a difficulty which arose during the 1st staircase fitting and he worked through several solutions resulting in the very best outcome for my husband to be able to use the stairlift. Dan and Joe also installed the 2nd stairlift with efficiency, whilst remaining friendly and professional throughout.

Very helpful company.
We had the stairlift installed just over a year ago and it has been working well. We then decided to have a new stair carpet so arranged with Senior Stairlifts to remove the stairlift, then had the carpet fitters come and fit the carpet and then the engineer came back and re-installed the stairlift, all in one day. Great help from this company in arranging the work and very helpful in all respects. Can't fault them.
