It is difficult to contact personnel. The chatbot is nonsense and not helping. I have to figure out myself to solve prepaid label problem. The customer service, all they could do was providing the answers that not related to even solve my problem.

Having a 'bookshelf' on WoB is…
Having a 'bookshelf' on WoB is excellent; it saves books for the future and alerts customers to when any of the books are on offer. The save a trade for later option is brilliant; it means I'm not restricted by time when interrupted. The pick-up service is a bonus, and payment into my bank is convenient.

Great to have a pick up service, fair price for books but some very low price. But overall great to get a bit of extra cash and books to go to a new home

Still too early for an honest review...
It was all good w/the exception of a few things.
A lot of the books I scanned came up as different books & they were declined. After manually entering the IBC code they were later accepted but this was a pain. Also, I have several books too old to contain and IBC Code. The AI Chat had no idea what to do about this so all those valuable, 1st edition classic books are sadly ineligible. Also, I haven't been paid yet so I have no clue how that's gonna go...we'll see??
