Poor admin. Don't respond to my emails over delivery issues.

This company keeps charging my credit card $149.97 each month. I’ve never heard of this company and have received nothing from them. My Bank, Truist, is aware of this but they keep letting this company charge on my card. I’ve had to cancel 2 cards already!

I was charged without my knowledge for 3 months. Never ordered anything or even heard of this company

As an individual that requires pain meds because of back surgeries I have found it takes care of my gut, stomach, and intestines issues very well. My wife had difficult problems with diverticulitis and Seed seems to have given her a relief from that.

First of all, the product is good. everything else is just bad.

choosing a 3-month subscription and you still only get 1 refill + 22$ shipping --- bad!

This is the third time I've ordered from seed, and each time I've only had problems. you should really focus on customer service dear seed team. because just a good product is not enough. you only get an answer to the email after you complain publicly on the instagram page. instead of putting so much effort into instagram posts, focus on the customers who email you multiple times. and above all, also change the shipping provider, it can't be that i pay 22$ to germany and have to wait more than 4 weeks each time until i receive my package. and yes, I often order from the US, pay significantly less shipping costs and receive my goods much faster!

I bought 3 boxes of seed and they put me on a subscription without my knowing it, then I realized that they were trying to withdraw me on my bank card for 3 boxes after 1 month but I didn't have enough money on my account I went to my seed then canceled the subscription that I did not know then after 2 days today the money was withdrawn but I canceled two days before I claimed paypal but he told me to settle with seed I sent an email and waiting for a response I want the refund as soon as possible because I do not want a seed box and there is no order that can be seen on my seed account there is only the first order who sees thank you for paying me back and for new customers pay attention to the subscription.

End of April, I wanted to try what happens if I stop this probiotic. I had a suspicion that it causes harm: elevated cholesterol and CRP. The hotline quickly reacted and stopped my subscription correctly. what I didn't like however, was that they instantly started spamming me: emails each and every week. This is the way to lose customers and this made me subtract one star from my review. so you got only four stars.

update:
April 2023: I asked the hotline to get an extra monthly shipment in order to try if I get additional benefit when I take more capsules per day. wonderful: they immediately reacted and even didn't charge me!!

my experiences after finally starting to take the product:
- about 12 hours after swallowing the first pill I got intense itching in my neck. hint: this is about the time that things need to get from the mouth to the beginning of the colon. hence, the start of side effects precisely this time after swallowing the first pill fits neatly with the promise of the enterprise that the inner capsule containing the probiotics opens up only in the colon and not before.
- the next day I was totally fatigued, unable to think clearly, better abstain from any social interaction, sport is not an option
- then the next day fully energized
- then 2 days with sweating and little sleep
- I discovered that I should take the seed capsules in the evening because then side effects will not arrive at night, but in the morning, so I sleep at least well. this worked fine.
- surprising important benefit: in the early evening, about when the probiotic capsule reaches my column, I develop a pleasant hunger for fish this is what I always wanted: to eat more protein.so I could finally gain a little weight. even more surprising was that now I tolerate a 30% increase of my protein intake (in the form of fish).
- being encouraged by this nice success, I started eating beans again...

my original review after the purchase:

I am not satisfied with the enterprise:
- bad hotline
- I am worried that they will go bankrupt because they have very few customers

BUT: this is probably the best probiotic that has ever been produced. the idea is very very simple: they have read the research and put "almost every" probiotic that has an outstanding scientific proof of health effects into their pills. while the idea is very simple, and many people people working in the field have expressed it already before, to the best of my knowledge nobody did it so far to this extent:
- a huge diversity of 24 different strains
- an impressive list of health effects that are indeed substantiated
- if a customer would buy all the 24 strains individually, this would cost an enormous amount of money. compared to that, this probiotic is totally cheap.

I add, that they also did the general homework of professional probiotics to the best of the state of the art:
- made sure that the probiotics actually reach the gut undigested
- add prebiotics, so the bacteria actually have something to live on, even if the customer has a crappy diet
- made sure that this prebiotic doesn't bloat
- they did also a scientific study that the probiotic as a whole does not change histamine levels into any direction

with such an outstandingly good concept, how is it possible that these guys have almost no customers? I guess it is this:
- the average customer will simply not understand at all what a huge value he or she receives in this 24 strains, but only sees the extreme price tag compared to single or double or triple strain probiotics.
- they did a poor marketing: if you search for reviews online, you will see that all the hits are reviews from professional bloggers. there are no private reviews, except these very few here on trustpilot. they didn't even claim their trustpilot profile. it seems that their marketing campaign simply forgot to address private people.

in sum, my impression is that this probiotic will die soon, because they failed the customers with a concept that is far beyond in quality than what the average customer understands. (of course, they should not only replace the marketing manager, but also staff the hotline with a person who does not only produce a lot of text as an answer but actually responds to what the customer is interested in and tells things straight even if the answer to a question is disappointing)

adding to all the above, I absolutely disliked, however, the idea that they try to force customers into a monthly subscription. we evolved eating fiber and not swallowing probiotics. a good probiotic should stay alive and colonize the God permanently if we eat properly. and there should be research how to do it.

I got my first package a few days after ordering and it was made from algae. This company went above and beyond the call of duty for sustainability. Their green algae packaging is amazing and is a lesson for all of us company owners to put EARTH and sustainability first. They included two reusable glass jars one for traveling and one for at home.
