Frustrating and time-consuming experience with Seed.com
I’ve had an ongoing issue with Seed.com that has been incredibly frustrating. Despite canceling my subscription on their website—confirmed by a snapshot I took showing the account as canceled—they continued to send the product and charge me.
When I contacted their customer support, I was told I had two accounts under different email addresses. They claimed one account was canceled, but the other was still active, and therefore refused to issue a refund. However, this explanation doesn’t hold up as I provided proof that the account they said was active was, in fact, canceled.
The recurring payment was processed through PayPal, and I’ve now had to go through the hassle of canceling the payment there and filing a dispute to seek reimbursement. The whole process has been incredibly time-consuming and avoidable if their system and support team had been more efficient and customer-focused.
I felt like it was a shady company, which is a shame because the product is decent. I would advise anyone considering a subscription with Seed to be cautious. Their cancellation process is confusing, and resolving issues with their customer service has been a headache. Until they improve their practices, I cannot recommend their service.

This is a scam operation. They get you to sign up for subscription, then make you jump through hoops to cancel. They will charge your card on file without you authorizing, they use the scam that “ they sent you an email confirming they were about to ship” but the title of the email has nothing to do with the fact that they are about to bill you. COMPLETE DECEPTION. You have been warned
Poor customer service and product
First of all, this product ended up causing more stomach issues than I started with. I tried to cancel and it didn’t go through so then they billed me again. No customer service phone number to contact - only email. Should’ve been the first red flag but they also will not offer a refund or a return on an unused product. Very poor customer service. Says a lot about a company that they won’t even take their faulty product back. Do not buy this product or from this company. Read other reviews!! They all say the same.

I felt great for about a week and then all of a sudden kazuma's revenge came like a tidal way and I was so sick one day I couldn't even get out of bed from these probiotics I don't totally care for these is just too strong for me I do have impaired immune system but that's why I start taking it cuz I thought it would be better cuz I have to take a lot of pills or to stay alive but it is helping to one of us we'll give it another week and see what happens

Unauthorized charges $160. No notification that gti was going to be charged and the only response from seed cSre was that I received an email but I didn't open it. They suggested I check my spam folder but nothing present with the subject line they said was used. I would not recommend this company based on lack of customer concern or care.

We noticed two transactions from Seed Health, Inc on our bank statement on Sept 30, 2024. I immediately contacted them with the concern about the double charge mistake.
I have emailed back and forth with the care department discussing the concern and have received no help to solve the mistake that was made to the tune of $545. 60.
I am willing to pay for the product I wanted and ordered which was $272.80 and will gladly return the second order they shipped and charged me for as long as they will return my money $272.80 which was charged without my authorization.
I am writing to express my continued concern regarding the disputed charge that I believe is a mistake on SEED Health, INC's part.
This situation has caused me significant frustration, and I feel that my perspective is not being adequately considered.
Furthermore, I am disappointed that there seems to be a lack of support for customers in resolving issues like this. It is disheartening to feel as though my concerns are not being taken seriously, and I believe it is essential for companies to stand behind their customers and offer solutions to prevent such disputes.
I am sharing this review in hopes to help others who may have experienced a similar situation or to warn others before they do. As I feel I am being treated unfairly. AND I hope SEED, Health INC will reconsider and provide a remedy for this situation.
I Know It's Just My Body
I tried the SEED for a month and it didn't work for me. I decided not to reorder until yesterday I got an email saying my order was on the way; I hadn't reordered. I emailed them, not really expecting them to reply. This morning, I got refunded and I'm greatly surprised. I'm very leery of companies without a phone number but this time, it's OK. They actually answer you.

I was recommended The seed through my dietician, it has helped me with bloating, diarrhea, constipation and gas. All of those issues are now a thing of the past for me, I have been taking The seed regularly for 4 months and I feel improvement in my gut health. Top product.
Caused the most painful bloat ever
I got influenced to purchase this product and am writing a review in hopes of letting people know the physical consequences.
I read several reviews before trying and saw many reviewers only used it a week to 10 days before quitting. I am healthy, active, and in tune with my body so decided to give it a shot and thought I'd stick with it for longer.
Nope. The first day I felt cleansed, but over the next 7 days I became completely constipated, the worst gas ever, painful visible bloating. I have a consistent feeling of fullness, as if I just ate two Thanksgiving dinners. Its making it near impossible to function normally. Seed says it takes 66 days to make a new habit but the level of pain and discomfort was not worth sticking with. I hope this product works for others.
Reading some online reviews lead me to believe it could be very beneficial for people with IBS, which I don't have. I'm not trying to tell someone it won't work for them, just what I experienced. I hope this doesn't cause long term damage for me and hopefully stopping as soon as I did prevents any lasting effects.

Totally Tomatoes
I have been ordering from Totally Tomatoes for well atleast 15 years. This year my seeds didn't germinate.
Totally Tomatoes said it must of been an environmental problem.
They would not give me a refund.
Basically told me that I didn't know what I was doing and sent me germination and growing info in an e-mail.
All my other seeds germinated - even older seeds from their company. Still - it must of been my fault. No refund!
I will not shop at Totally Tomatoes ever again.
Get some knowledgeable people and - most importantly - some KIND people in your company.

I was going to order from this company and decided to see what everyone was saying here about the company and I'm glad I checked. I can't afford to be scammed and not have a way to cancel if I have a bad experience, I have some IBS and even had a recent small intestine infection, that's why I was looking at their product. but I'll be looking somewhere else after seeing these reviews. The majority of the reviews I saw were bad, only a few said that it worked for them. I understand everyone's body is different, but customer service should be great for the price you would pay for this.

I paid $40 for 2 ketchup-sized containers supposedly containing 20,000 seeds EACH, total of 40,000. It looked like finely-ground black pepper. I still followed exact directions. After 4-5 weeks, absolutely nothing. Your "Contact Us" email is non-existent!! No phone #, but you certainly do promise customer satisfaction! I want my money back -- satisfy that! I WILL take further legal action if I do not get my money refunded. I don't care if it is only $40-you are STEALING PEOPLES' MONEY.
THIS IS A FRAUD!
