Delivery from J Clark and G Dunsmore. Dist Centre L1U DC 006. Ref 4084086 207 209. Customer C O’Hara. I got a phone call early morning to give me notice. They came well working the time frame. Was tricky getting in due to my staircase. But they were very professional. Polite. Funny and made me feel like they actually cared and I wasn’t just another delivery! Fantastic service. Even told me how to take my colour patch off correctly. And to keep the fire labels.. more than a delivery service. These guys work hard . Xx

Had my lay-z-boy sofa delivered today by jason and conner from jzd coventry distribution centre. extremely pleased with it and jason and conner were very very careful and helpful .

Couldn`t have asked for more efficient delivery men. Very careful and polite.Excellent job guys.

Just had my sofa delivered by manni 183 and shaun 185 from coventry distribution centre excellent service polite and very helpful my father had to take the front door off to fit the sofa in delivery guys were very understanding willing to assist great customer service you could see they just wanted to have a happy customer with a new settee. Big thanks to these 2 guys.

Had our sofas delivered by Glasgow branch Mr dunsmore and Meldrum.phoned at 7.30am to inform me sofas would be delivered between 9 and 11. Lorry arrived at 9.20 and chaps brought sofas into house.These 2 chaps were very respectful of items in house taking care not to damage anything. I was really surprised at the efficiency and speed the guys worked at and were very helpful on giving advice and care for my new sofas.Well done scs.you come highly recommended in my books

Had my sofa delivered by Richard and Connor from the Coventry distribution centre. Really friendly and helpful. Tried their best to get my massive sofa through the door. It wasnt to be but they advised me what to do and 40 mins later my sofa was in. Really.pleased with the service.

Had my suit delivered today by Marvin 169 & Jason 195. Excellent service they called me just before they arrived. They respected my home and were friendly & helpful on where I wanted the suit placing. Really pleased with how everything went, thank you lads great job you do much appreciated.

Excellent service by Ste 296 and James 276 from Warrington distribution centre. They were careful moving our sofas in and gave us a phone call before they arrived. Thanks guys, you topped off a great overall experience. Would definitely recommend SCS. Kerris and Charlie.

Where do i start........received a call from Dai (D) to confirm my delivery was on route. Explained that my father would be at the property but due to recent ill health he would be unable to assist (in the last 9 months he had suffered a heart attack, contracted sepsis, build up of fluids needing urgent intervention and finally in April suffered a stroke).

To my surprise received another phone call later from Dai confirming the delivery had been completed and that he had pulled a chair for my elderly and frail father and instructed him to sit and not move, he then explained that not only had both himself and Karl (H) placed the new furniture but they had both put my other furniture back in its original place.

I cannot praise these 2 gentlemen enough for not only completing a fabulous job but their kindness and consideration goes far and beyond any contracted work, what a fabulous service. My thanks and sincerest appreciation needs to be forwarded to the pair of them.

My delivery was in Cwmbran, Dai (D) and Karl (H) were from the Bridgend branch and should receive this praise and accolade directly from their line manager.

Again i cannot express enough my gratitude for the completion of such a fantastic job!!

First class service from delivery men Daz Vallance and Glynn Atkins. They rang me an hour before delivering my sofa and chair, and when they arrived, they were fast, efficient and friendly.

I had my suite delivered this morning by 2 excellent delivery men Michael Westmorland 158 and Paddy Sloane. They rang me an hour before, unpack it, assembled it, placed it where I asked them too, took all the packaging away, showed me how to do it if I had to move to a new house. Had phonecall the night before delivery saying that they would be with us between 7 30 and 9 30 to deliver our sofa Karl H and Dai D from the Bridgend Distribution depot arrived just as they said they would . Thankyou guys for a very professional service and prompt delivery... they also put together and tested the recliners on our sofa before leaving which was good couldnt be happier

We received our sofa exactly on time they phoned to let us know they would be here in an hour and were James from the Doncaster distribution centre was very careful when he brought the sofa through the door and a very pleasant man

Kev and Steve from Doncaster DC delivered my new sofa and chairs last Friday. They kept me informed of approximate delivery time, were very polite and put the furniture where I wanted it. Excellent service shame the same could not be said for the sales person.

the delivery crew were excellent D Hagan and S Ditch from Seaham distribution centre . I t would be a good idea to replace one of these workers with the manager of scs Skippers Lane Middlesbrough store who make make a good delivery person but never a store manager
