Have recently delivered to Coventry warehouse, they are amazing goods_in, they work so hard emptying shipping containers, if they can unload you earlier then your delivery slot they will, it's a pleasure delivering here.

wil 285 and ste 294 kept us up to date about our delivery and arrived at the time they promised.
They also set up our furniture and they were always pleasant and polite throughout.
The furniture was handled with care and they cleaned up after themselves.
A good job done.

Awful customer service can’t get through to anyone told i would be called back and haven’t heard from them despite 3 calls. Advised table would be delivered then told it wasn’t put on the van .. will never shop with scs again.
The customer service has been shocking.

What great delivery men they came in and looked where my sofa was going and realised straight away it was not going to fit through the door. The only alternative was to take the door off the hinges I told them to do what ever it took to get it in the house.
After asking my permission to remove the front door they knew that it would fit they unpacked it and put it where I wanted it tidied up behind them replaced my door made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.
I can't praise them enough and it was pouring with rain and they wiped there feet every time they came in my house.

Took delivery of a reclining chair, two seater reclining sofa and a three seater sofa all of which were much larger than your average suite. Getting them in was, to say the least, a challenge but the delivery guys were up to the job and nothing was too much trouble. Explained everything that we needed to know about the furniture, took away the packaging and left the house neat and tidy. Great job.

Had my barkley suite delivered today The men were great, no hassle at all and very helpful as were the staff at my local SCS at Westwood Cross Would definately recommend to anyone looking for furnishings.

They are both clearly very good at what they do. Delivered my very heavy sofa’s perfectly. Never marked any thing. Knew exactly what they were doing. Both extremely polite and friendly. Took all the wrapping with them. They were very careful as we have a blind and deaf cat, so they picked her up and carried her gently as they maneuvered the sofas. they were so lovely and kind.
Best delivery service we have ever received.
