Brillant company great customer service and great products

I can't speak highly enough of the Scottish Kilt Tailor. Very understanding and extremely helpful.

excellent service, excellent product, Very fair and affordable pricing.

Everything was fine except that the kilt socks I ordered were darker in person than the color that was shown on the website. Since I was counting on my socks matching my kilt it was a bit of a let down but like I said, other than that everything was great.

The online shop is well-arranged and clearly to use.
The order was quickly fullfilled and the shipping was without any problems.

Their quality is very good, If you order a bomber jacket, be sure you have the correct measurements. These jackets are custom made. I would order from them again. This jacket is well made.

My two pair of hose and Bute kilt arrived in fine shape. The kilt had NOT a single wrinkle as it was packed length wise, NOT folded in the middle like most other websites I've purchased from. Plus, the basting thread was left in place that keeps the pleats in good shape while shipped.

Kilt was delivered quicker than expected. There was a mistake made on the order, I notified vendor anf they agreed to send the item I did not originally receive as quickly as possible. Very good transaction overall and I would recommend this vendor.

Jacket and vest were as expected, fit and finish is good. The true test will be how it wears over time.

I purchased a Bomber Jacket that was supposedly made to my measurements. I am a 6-4, 215 pound guy. I was very pleased with the process and the jacket until I actually put it on. It was not even close to fitting. Perhaps it might work for someone under 6 foot tall and 170 pounds. Mistakes are made. I understand that. I intend to seek a refund from pay pal, but I will give the company a little more time to respond before I file a claim. If the return/refund proces goes well, I will consider a more positive review. Update: I finally was contacted by the company and offered s choice of a replacement or return and refund. I am choosing the return option and am in that process now. I will have to pay return postage, but that seems fair. I am trusting now the process will proceed smoothly. Update12/29/25: The return process was just completed, and I was refunded the full amount. It might seem odd to give a high review rating for a product that didn't work out, but let me explain. The jacket was of high quality, just the wrong size. The customer service was outstanding and certainly worthy of praise. Considering the quality of the product and the superior service to do the right thing for the customer, the best way I could show my appreciation was through the rating system. The excellet rating is well deserved.

My package arrived basically on time other than difficulties with UPS itself and the kilt and everything else I bought with it looks great!

The service and speed with which they responded to my questions was excellent. The product itself is difficult to explain. I ordered two sets of bagpipes in hard cases. Both cases came nicked up (before they went into the boxes, as no box damage) but nothing I couldn't fix. The pipes themselves are average quality. The assembly instructions were laughable. Multiple spelling errors and unintelligible sentences on photocopied pages stapled together. It took us awhile to understand what to do and in the end, we just googled it. I surmise the author did not have English as a first language but strongly suggest running that thing thru Grammerly or at least spellchecker for a more professional look.
Overall, great staff to work with (instant responses), shipping was prompt (less than 2 week), shipped from UAE so I had to pay tariffs ($55 for two), and the quality is good for beginners.

1st I would like to say the service is 2nd to none just wonderful couldn't ask for better from the Quality of the two Kilts and extras I order. Just everything about this company is 1st Class. And the wife tells me I look Great in them all.l and fit me perfectly. So if you ask me would I buy from them. The answer is 100% Yes you be mad not too. Just really amazing
