After reviewing your order, it appears you purchased a pre-order item with an estimated release date, which does not guarantee arrival by that date. We replied to your emails promptly and clearly, keeping you informed when stock was expected. Orders were stated to begin shipping as soon as stock was in hand, and your order was shipped within 24 hours of this, in line with our usual store policy.
To clarify the timeline; your order was dispatched on Friday 6th February via Royal Mail Tracked 24, upgraded at no extra cost to get it to you as quickly as possible, and as a thank you for your support. Although Royal Mail usually delivers on Saturdays, the first delivery attempt was on Monday, 9th February (likely due to their internal delays), but nobody was available to receive it. It was successfully redelivered on 10th February and left in a safe place. The delivery photograph shows the outer packaging arrived intact and without any damage. While delays are unfortunate, they can sometimes happen and are outside our control.
We hadn’t been made aware of any issues with your parcel before this review. Please email us a photograph so we can assist as best we can.

I got it a few days ago and opened today and I can’t wear it, it smells awful. No scent but patchouli! Overwhelming no balance not a trace of the other ingredients. Smells so bad I can’t even think in someone to give it away🤦🏼♀️. Straight to the bin

We always aim to offer personalised advice to anyone who reaches out before ordering, but in this case, we didn’t hear from you. If you had, we would have mentioned that it's a strongly incense leaning fragrance and if we had to describe it we may use the phrase "Bollywood Oud" to give you a better idea of the smell. "Blind buying" can be tricky, so we do our best to try to get you a fragrance you'll enjoy. That’s exactly why we offer 5ml pocket-sized decants for £5.99, a low-risk way to test a fragrance first.
Summer Oud is made by Ahmed Al Maghribi, not by us. If you feel strongly about the scent itself, the manufacturer may appreciate your feedback directly.
That said, we’re glad we were able to deliver your order promptly, which is the only service we were able to provide on this occasion.

Incredible customer service from the get-go! Right after I made my purchase, I received an e-mail from an associate to confirm my order, as one of them sounded like another perfume ('BLU' Oud vs. ' BLUE' Oud). This only attests to their commitment to delivering good products. Incredible service, great scents, reasonable prices. Can't really ask for more.
