Really nice selection of ETFs, stocks aso but too slow. If you sell and let’s say want the cash for something you maybe have to wait up to 8 weeks. Like common in 2026 is just unacceptable

I have been a customer since early 2025. The app is easy to use, and the graphs are clear.

I like the overall UI look and style.
There are a few aspects that I would really appreciate and would have convinced me to prefer using this app over others. First of all, one can only see the accumulated amount of share and not individual buys. Individual profits/ loss of buys are thus not visible but only the total profit/ loss. I am less motivated to make sell/buy decision since the overall P/L is not good. I would have made more transactions on each buys, if I could see individual P/L. Secondly, one needs to buy full shares and fractional shares are not supported. This prevents one from buying expensive stocks

Reliable, fast, clear

Bad user interface in the app, partly counter-intuitive, unnecessarily complicated, support was slow when I wanted to leave the platform with my shares and transfer to a different broker - they tried with several arguments to stop me from leaving, only by pushing for it, I will be able to leave the app behind. Overall, definitely not coming back. Only good point is the acceptable interest rate for the credit product. Best Regards, Dan

I would appreciate more shares , specially quantum computing shares like infleqtion and small caps

Even if I paid for the Prime service, I didn't receive my tax report and it is not possible to talk with tech support.

Scalable overcharged me withholding tax in November 2025 and they still haven't resolved the issue even after 6 months of emails and calls. Their customer support is completely useless. If you ever need any help with your account you will be on 100% your own. This company is not serious about protecting your money. If you really care about your assets go with a legitimate established broker.

Edit: HILARIOUS that Scalable replied below and said "there may unfortunately be delays in processing inquiries at the moment" because my request started in NOVEMBER 2025. Thanks for helping to slam the point home how USELESS Scalable customer service is.

I have the app for four years, but about 4 months now, every time i try to go into it, I can't it still hanging around, without showing any data, I used to uninstall theapp and install it again, and it works, but next day same thing and should be un/install again, but tilm when, I start thinking to leave the broker.

My money is in a good place, I fully trust this app and I’m happy to be investing with them.

Scalable is very simple to use. It gives me what I need to run an automatic investment plan.

Very nice app. Easy and clear to handle

Overall satisfying experience and easy to use. Only two things that would help improve further:
1. Joint Accounts- I really wish Scalable Capital would hurry up and implement this. Maintaining two accounts between spouses is annoying
2. Although the new Tagesgeld account is great- not being integrated to the normal account means I have to manually transfer money from one to the other before my Sparplan and get the timing right so it doesn't try to pull the money from my bank account

Super easy to setup an account and trade. The 2,5 Interest for the overnight account with monthly payments is a plus. They keep up to date with the latest interest of their clients and provide informative videos on youtube.

The UI is sadly quite unintuitive, i havent found a way of removing the overview of the "top products" or Cryptocurrency section, im interested in neither and do my own research before i invest in anything, therefore having these products take up 2/3rds of my screen is more than annoying.

Insight into some of the transaction details is also not as easy, while i appreciate seeing the course, its not really visible from a glance at what value i purchased and how much up/down percentage im currently at vs. the purchase value.

Similarly having to pay an extra fee to transmit money from my normal bank account with a 3 day wait period is almost making me want to switch back to my original Bank Account.

Scalable offers good value with the Tagesgeld 2,5% and 2% on the depot itself, but you really need to improve your UI for better visibility and easier management if you want to get more "casual" investors instead of "Crypto-Bro's"

Interface is reall easy and the costs are low. The tax statement helps a lot during tax claim process. The black background looks amazing and the prime costs is really good value for setting as many alerts you want! Insights are also good but obviously one should do their own analysis.

I had an easy onboarding process, and the identification process was very smooth without any delays. It was done very professionally. Presently I have had no challenges even when trying to start up

Scalable is very easy and transparent to use. The app is intuitive, and the overall experience has been smooth.
The only downside is that I used my friend’s referral link when signing up, but in the end neither of us received the referral benefit. That was a bit disappointing, as the referral process did not seem as clear or reliable as the rest of the app.
