I like the reliability und user friendly features

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with dividend payments on this platform. What should be a simple and timely process turned into unnecessary delays and uncertainty. My dividend was announced, but the payment took far longer, and never arrived, with no clear communication along the way.
As an investor, you rely on these payments, not just for returns, but for trust in the platform. Waiting weeks beyond the scheduled date without proper updates is unacceptable. It made me question how reliable the system really is when it comes to handling investors’ money.

Customer support didn’t make things any better. Responses were slow, and didn’t give any real timeline or reassurance. It felt like I was left in the dark about my own investment.
In the end, I reached out to a friend who had gone through a similar situation. With his guidance, I pushed harder, following up consistently and escalating the issue where possible. Thankfully, after all that effort, my dividend was finally paid. It's not quite simple how I did it, I can still tell you if you need guidance.

Still, it shouldn’t have to take that much stress just to receive what you’re owed. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected.

Their broker service is limited to one brokerage platform only, from which TR gets referral fees, and which has the highest prices for the end user. For many trades they do not offer the option of limit/stop loss calls. Cash savings are invested in some liquidity funds which are not covered by the deposit guarantee schemes.
Moreover you cannot transfer money easily - there are restrictions on "instant payments" which means anything above 1.000 EUR (!!!) cannot be done by instant transfer but takes 1-3 working days!!!
In short - good interest rates but absolutely useless as a serious bank account if you need to move money around or want to invest seriously. Their customer support is abysmal.

Those geniuses do not accept my European passport because of the international (non-American) date format that seemingly mismatches with the manually confirmed date.

Do not approach this company. It’s a fake scheme, they wouldn’t release my money until I reported them to Ce~lestialdrifts.

In general, I just interact with them when I send or get money from my account. But it is incredibly difficult to get help from their support team. They make it honestly too complicated. Unless you have something super basic, getting the help you need takes too long.

Das nervt mich wirklich!

NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have now emailed them 100 times about wanting to stop 2 different accounts and they keep sending me to the app and tell me that i need to do it in the app. I have explained 100 times that it is not possible to do it in the app and now they are just ignoring me for a few weeks and my account is still going!

easy to use, yet effective and efficient

Orders to buy take FOREVER, probably more than a week now that I’ve placed an order and it still hasn’t been processed. Luckily I just put 100€ in two different portfolios but now that it takes forever and I want to pull out this platform I can’t get my money back, I can’t sell because you can only sell when your order to buy has been processed.
They’re probably scammers tbh. It was promoted on a big YouTube channel as well and the owner was really making you feel bad for not thinking about investments. Just emotional scam as per usual.
I used to have InvestEngine in the UK and in 24h my orders to buy were completed.
Anyways, I’ll keep the app until I can get all or part of my money back and then deleting this app and warning everyone against it.
