A little frustrated
A little frustrated, as I was trying to order 50 Canadian Dollars, but the system kept defaulting to 60, so I assumed it was because it had to be in denominations of 20. When I collected the money, I was given 3 tens and 6 fives, and no explanation as to why I was unable to purchase 50.

In some cases, the minimum amount available can be affected by the exchange rate and denominations available at the time of order, but we appreciate this should have been explained more clearly when you collected your currency.
