Spoke to Kerry Presley over the phone in the sales dept and she was polite , patient and knowledgeable about the product discussed and backed up her verbal quotation within 5mins with an email confirmation & provided an all round excellent service

I’ve been using Safety Lifting Gear the past few years for all our Company’s Lifting strops, Chains and Ratchet straps, the service provided is always exceptional along with great prices. Cara in particular is always a great help and a pleasure to deal with.

I have placed 2 orders with the Team and aside from me not properly reading the description and selecting a 3m chain block and not the 9m one i wanted (a drop down box for the one i wanted), I have to say I have nothing but superlatives to report for the Team. They have processed my orders, answered my questions and delivered quality products both times. Thoroughly recommend them

Be careful take your monies (even for next day delivery)_ then when you chase them 3 days later told items not in stock and will be nearly 2 weeks late...No communication till I instigated!
Was advised that delivery will be down graded standard delivery option ...Wow refund of just under £2.00...but now having to wait just under 2 weeks.

I just want to thank you for your impeccable service.
I order some slings some time ago but I completely forget to send your invoice to be paid. Only today I realise that so I sent the invoice to our accountant, he paid it and I called your company (unfortunately I don’t know who I talked to) asking when I could receive the slings. About 15 minutes after, surprise!!!, your delivery truck drives by to deliver the slings. It might have been a coincidence, but it was a very good one and I wanted to share it with you.

Perfect just what I needed would highly recommend.

Needed some 1 tonne strops urgently for a job arrived next day as promised no issues excellent quality product will definitely use again.

No reply to question about an item of interest on their website, after 48 hours I ordered it anyway on Next day delivery. Didn’t come next day! Monday called and told it will arrive hopefully Tuesday! No good to me when I needed it Friday. Not even an apology.
Now chasing a refund

Great service received when ordering I had a couple questions prior to purchase which the sales person had answered and provided additional recommendations great product recieved will definitely use them again.

called this company to enquire about picking a trolley urgently needed, at 4pm in the afternoon "all the pickers had gone home", and that whilst they could answer the phone and they would be open to collect today, it would be a wasted journey, given the current times you would think any sale was an important one even if just a £25 trolley clearly not
