Happy with first purchase of Altra runners. They advise will take 3-5 working days for delivery to Spain (i think they are sending from Germany). Took 6 days, which is fine. I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly (an hour later) with exactly the information I was after. High recommend.

Was apprehensive buying from a company outside the UK. There was no need to worry! Runningxpert Informed me that the Salomon trainers had left their end and were in transit to Royal Mail. Received them in 5working days well packaged. Great service and fantastic trainers, very competitive priced also. Will be using this company again. Calvin (UK)

Awful company. Ordered running shoes for my son on December 16 and they’re still not here 4 weeks later. Customer services rarely reply to emails and the one reply I had was just “should be there soon.” I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I’ll now have to go through my credit card company to get a refund as these clowns are hard work.

This is a great company. I bought some Shokz headphones and I've been really pleased with them. Recently, the on/off button started to play up (they were about 21 months old by this time) and I contacted RunningXpert to see if they could help. They organised for me to return the phones and then gave me a voucher to replace them, so I now have a brand new pair. This is outstanding service - prompt, helpful, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I purchased a pair of north face slippers and a couple of days later I received an email stating my parcel had been lost in transit so they would issue out another pair for me. My parcel arrived they were what I had ordered which was great but then a couple of days later I received another parcel and it was the same item. I then received 1 of 2 emails from Jocelyn at customer service stating that I have received a second parcel and I need to print out a label and find a UPS office and return the second item! So I emailed stating I am more than happy to return the second item but a courier will need to come pick the item up and I would make sure somebody was home , because I work full time and do not drive and not to mention I am not paying over £7 to return an item that was not my mistake I then receive another email saying the same thing about printing out a label and finding a UPS returns office. I did not ask for a second pair to be sent out and I surely am not going out of my way to try and find a return UPS office and I am surely not paying out of my pocket to return an item I did not ask for! Plus I do not own a printer? So they don’t listen to your complaints they just send the same email stating the same thing every time!

After placing my order and creating a user profile, I was unable to log into my account. I received an email confirming that my parcel was shipped, but when I try to track it using the provided link, it always says that the parcel is in pre-advice and hasn’t been handed over to the carrier yet. This has been the case for about a week now. I’ve tried reaching out to Runningxpert via Instagram, email, and phone, but haven’t received any response through any of these channels. Really disappointing!

update 16 of october 2024: Package arrived now. Happy that shoes arrived in good state. Only thing was that take in consideration more days than it usually says. I know its not running expert fault, is the shipping company. Still costumer service was nice, but always question my review. I think people that change their review is because they feel questioned due to the truspilot running expert costumer service. So i wouldnt trust next time trust pilots review in running expert.

Update 14 of ofctober: runningxpert got in contact with me, postnord app says its on its way, but dpd says the package will be sent back to the sender.
Still not changing my review since they didnt solve anything.
Wish i could give a 0 review.
I order 2 pair of new balances last week. It said it will arrive in 2-3 business days, it has pass more than a week and still haven’t received anything. I look at dpd it says my package was returned to the sender, and in postnord it says “ The shipment item has been incorrectly sorted.”

Had to pay 80 bucks in custom duties for a pair of shoes which were 90. The additional costs didn‘t aappear anywhere in the process.

Shoes are good.
Except for one pair, that were way too small. That's not something the shop is accountable for but charging me € 7,50 for a return goes beyond my imagination.
Maybe next time I'll buy somewhere else or order multiple sizes to be rather sure one of them will fit in case of a possible return.

I ordered some running trainers from this site and ended up having some problems with them (not the fault of runningxepert but the manufacturer). The customer service was outstanding, really fast with replying to email and the problem was very quickly resolved. Would definatly recommend and have already bought my replacement pair of trainers from the site too.

Bought some Nitro Elite 3s. These were the only place that stocked them. No issues at all, very happy with the service. RunningXpert set communications explaining the custom will take 4 to 5 days, which it did. DPD delivered the shoes with an overall delivery time of 7 days. Would definitely use RunningXpert again.

I used Running Xpert to order some shoes from Topo Athletic, who don't currently ship to the UK. Running Xperts website was easy to use, I received the confirmation and updates in email, and my shoes were delivered super quickly. I was expecting them to take a week, if not longer, to arrive, but I ordered them on Tuesday and received them Saturday morning. I'm really impressed, and I'd definitely buy with them again.
