AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered the garmin forerunner 55 on 28th April and returned it via Evri on the 2nd May.
I sent across photographic evidence that they had received it.
Jocelyn from the customer service team replied to my emails, explaining to me it will get to Denmark in two weeks, I will then receive a refund.
This was on the 10th May.
It's now 30th May, still no updates or refund.
7th June they suddenly cannot locate the watch I sent them.
3 weeks now it's been sat at Atlas logistics in Birmingham.
11th June they have found it and said its off to Denmark, it will take 2 weeks.
25th June it wasn't on the pallet, so it's still in Birmingham!
It may get put on the pallet on Tuesday according to Jocelyn.
I just want my money back!!! I have done my part by getting it to Atlas Logistics in Birmingham I should receive my refund.
This company is very unprofessional and you get absolutely nowhere with customer service. Do not waste your time with this company!

I thought a review of my experience would be useful to anyone in the UK who may be considering buying from this company.
Having came across a fantastic deal on a new Garmin watch, (which seemed almost too good to be true!), I decided to take a gamble, so to speak. The transaction was quick and easy and before long I could see that the order was being processed and was customs cleared that same day, with two tracking updates visible on the Post Nord app.
One whole week had passed before there were any more updates on shipping, leaving me anxious. However, upon reading into the company's shipping information regarding orders to the UK, there is a note which states that orders are scanned twice prior to arrival in the UK, and then scanned a third time once the parcel eventually arrives in the UK.
Before I received another tracking update, I had already contacted customer services by email in the hope of finding out what was happening with my order. Jocelyn was quick to respond with further tracking details via. DPD tracking, and I could see the parcel had been scanned again via. Post Nord app, and was on it's way to my local delivery hub.
I received my brand new watch yesterday, on time and well packaged, and the process took approximately 8 days.

The shoes turned up after 6 days, which is within estimated delivery time, but what i really appreciated was the almost daily update via email on the status of my shoes and how quickly the support team got back in touch after i asked a question.
So i would definitely recommend buying from them and i would also recommend buying a pair of Hoka Floats, probably the most comfortable i've ever worn.

I purchased these a couple of weeks ago and have been wearing them not even giving it a second thought. After seeing a pair in store today I looked at mine and realised they didn’t look right.
I contacted On direct who have confirmed they aren’t genuine. Now I have compared pictures of what they have on site (genuine) and what I have received (fake) they don’t match.
I am awaiting and email response from them and have been in contact with the card company this evening.

Received running trainers, walked on a treadmill for 2 mins to assess fit (kept label on). When returned immediately (as too small) they said there was some black marks on the sole, so 'used', and offered me just 30% refund. Cant belive the marks just dont wipe off (annoyed i didnt look myself). Whilst I have some understanding (hence not one star), bottom line is a 2 mins walk indoors could cost me £100. At least they are returning them to me, so I can sell online for a lot more than 30% - but hassle and not great experience none the less.
As others have mentioned, takes 4 weeks to process return, but they are prompt at replying to emails

I bought a lovely pair of on surfers at Xmas for running & gym use, I loved the trainer, comfy & a good fit but they had a slight defect I noticed after a few wears. I contacted customer support who resolved the issue in a timely stress free way & were so helpful.

I purchased a pair on On trainers and after a few months the broke in the heel. After 3 weeks they had agreed to replace the shoes which was great. It’s so important nowadays for companies and distributors to stand behind their products and this company definitely does that. I will be back and if you want to buy from a company that supports you as a customer then you should too. 10/10

I think it’s a scam. I have contacted my bank to report these.
Ordered trainers and received them (over 7 days for delivery).
They didn’t fit so I returned them to address they provided.
It has now been 4 week and I haven’t received any money back….😡.
I have emailed 3 times and just had a generic email reply.
I think this company is a online scam.
