Customer support
Ordered runners from this Company and received - no problem there. However I needed to return and change size. Emailed their customer support re query on this on 4 occasions - 21st July, 31st July, 2nd August and 5th August and still have not received a reply! An update to this on 7th August: - received email from customer support and an extremely helpful Lady who explained earlier emails had not been received but immediately rectified all my issues. Very helpful and will have to adjust my ratings on this matter.

Excellent company and great shoes
Excellent company. The shoes are at a great price. I was provided with updates at all times and surprised at how quickly the parcel was delivered. I ordered on Wednesday 16th and I just had them delivered on Saturday 19th mid-day (South UK). Considering they were shipped from Denmark that’s quite incredible. I’m super pleased and will definitely be ordering from RunningXpert again in the future, thank you!

Didn’t receive what I ordered.
Ordered a pair of trainers. Order processed then after 5 days they said out of stock. Ordered a shock absorber bra. As in a genuine one from pic with a nice print. Bra arrived and it is a Champion bra not a shock absorber brand and it’s a completely different colour to what I ordered!
EDIT: Company messaged me to explain Champion now own shock absorber so what I was sent was a shock absorber and the company apologised for sending wrong colour and agreed to pay for the return. Can’t say fairer than that.

We just wanted to clarify that Shock Absorber has been acquired by Champion, and the sports bra you received is indeed the correct item. It is still designed and manufactured with the original Shock Absorber features, but now also carries a Champion logo, as they are now the same brand. You should still see Shock Absorber clearly printed on the bra itself.

Avoid runningxpert – they scam you when you return goods
Never ever did I have a bad experience buying something online, until I ordered two pairs of shoes on runningxpert.com.
Shoes either fit or don’t, so had to return them.
Their response in both (!) cases: the shoes don’t look new (yes they did), we can either pay you back 30 % of the of price you paid, or send them back to you.
They do this systemically with their returns, since I found several other reviews on this website also stating the (ridiculously low) offered payback of only 30 % (just look up the 1-star reviews).
This clearly isn’t an honest business, instead they try to profit off their consumers who need to return shoes. All this is even more inexcusable when they advertise on their website: ‘Flexible return and exchange policies’.
This can only be called a scam.
Now I will have to contact the authorities to deal with this.
Avoid runningxpert.com at all costs!

We only sell new shoes and we thoroughly check all our returns to ensure we only deliver shoes in perfect, new condition.
We were unable to accept your shoes because they were clearly used. We provided photos of the outsoles as proof. They were not only dirty, but also stained and worn. You are indeed responsible for the condition in which you return the shoes, as described in our terms of sale and returns.
As a customer, you wouldn't want to pay full price and receive shoes with signs of wear.
Since we can no longer sell them at all, we are offering a partial refund as a goodwill gesture or we return them to you at our expense. We believe this is a fair procedure.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your decision before proceeding.

Shipping to the UK is terrible; I will not be back.
I’m sure the trainers will be fine once/if they arrive but the process of actually getting them is painful. They should be on feet today. Apparently, they haven’t even got in to my country yet. 10 days since I paid & I have no clue where they are or when they will arrive. The tracking information is just a lie & you only find out the lie once you’ve downloaded an app you don’t want.

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery.
It has been 6 days since my parcel cleared customs and nothing has happened since then- so it islooking like my order will actually take much longer to arrive than the 4-6 business days quoted by runningexpert.
Let’s hope my shoes do turn up. If I’d have known they would take so long I’d have paid the extra and ordered direct from Nike

I emailed customer service to track my order and I got a reply straight back.
I was a bit sceptical as there were a few bad reviews on here and the watch was much cheaper than anywhere else, but the item arrived in time and in perfect condition. I'll definitely use runningxpert again.

Shocking delivery
I ordered parcel on 17th said 4/6 days for delivery rang up on the 6th day because I still had no update on where the parcel was and they said it would be delivered tomorrow. The parcel never turned up, I rang back today and they’ve told me it will be another week. Shocking service, never had an update it would be late and they’ve lied and said it would be delivered and it wasn’t. Be surprised if the parcel comes at all.
