Wheely wheely good.

Exactly what I was after at a good price. Arrived promptly and very well packed. I had entered an on line chat prior to purchase which provided all the right information. Excellent se4vice, will definitely use again.

The mudguards look great

The mudguards look great but I am hanging on to the old ones until they break again. I’m keeping these new ones in reserve until the old mudguards break. I’ve repaired the old front mudguard with pop rivets but I don’t think it’ll last long. So I can’t give a review of the new mudguards yet. I haven’t even opened the package yet. Could not possibly comment.

Super company to deal with

Super company to deal with. I ordered a pair of Sunglasses which came really quickly.
Sadly they didn't fit and I returned them but Royal Mail "lost" them and then found them and tried to charge extra postage.
Alfie from RUK Bikes took it upon himself to sort out the problem for me - how refreshing an attitude.

Took over a week to ship

Took over a week to ship and after an initial response to email saying they’d look into it, I then heard nothing (although I did eventually revive the product)

To clarify the timeline for other customers, the Bank Holiday weekend did mean that Royal Mail services were not operating, which unfortunately added a few days to the standard shipping window.
Regarding our communication, we did aim to keep you updated once we looked into the status of your parcel. We're sorry if our follow-up didn't meet your expectations or felt delayed; we always strive to provide clear information as soon as it becomes available from the courier.

Delivery was very quick

Delivery was very quick, price seemed good as expected to receive 2 tubeless valves going by the picture. Received only single valve so price was higher than if I’d bought same item abroad with 7.99 shipping costs.
Feel I’ve been conned here if I’m honest.
