Helped me sort out Our Puppy Registration and waited till I did a new email accout for the Royal Kennel Club

Tried to submit puppy application of new litter. Nothing for 10 days. Then an email saying I haven’t paid my affix so they can’t register them. I check my bank. Yes I had paid like I do every year buy direct debit. Emailed to tell them. Nothing for 5 days so I rang them. On hold for 15 minutes. Got through to someone who checked and saw I had paid. Then on hold for 5 minutes. She then went through the litter to speed things up and recheck the names I wanted. We added the one that had been declined. I was greatful and she submitted info with paper work that I had paid for promised to come in 10 days. I have just checked them online and she has missed my AFFiX off one pup and now the paperwork will be wrong. Emailed twice to check - nothing. The pups are already 8 wks and 2 days old. Absolute joke. Only use because I have to.

My experience with the Kennel Club was first class. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful with all the questions I asked.

Lovely girl on the phone, helped me sort my dog’s registrations out. Was very polite and eager to help. Wait time was very short.

Excellent place but waiting for a refund is a nightmare spoke to 7 people eventually spoke to a lovely lady called marie who sorted it withing 3 minutes so thanks to marie its all sorted beautiful lady on the phone ❤️

I had some issues recently trying to set up a kennel name, the rules and regulations with names can honestly be trying at times (sure im not the only one) however after getting on the phone and speaking directly with a particular staff member yesterday (Gemma if the spellings right) she was from the kennel names registration dept and was genuinely brilliant. By the time i spoke to her i wont lie I was frustrated and borderline irate, she stuck with me when many these days might not have, genuinely wanted to help me out as best she could and did, would have to say she got me to a place far better than hoped for. Top notch customer service at a time its hard to find.

Excellent customer service by Ella today. She was so patient guiding me through creating a new account as I needed to update my email address. She merged my old account with my new account whilst on the call.

Incredibly helpful in sorting out some lost registrations for my dogs

My puppy registration was completed within hours and when I needed to adjust my advert, Ella was fantastic sorted it out in minutes. Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I rang to chase up the registration of a litter of pups, Ella was extremely helpful, sorted it all out and explained step by step how to access certain areas.
