The phone was even worse. I pressed all the required buttons and always back to the start.
You struggle to get an answer I never did.

I would give Gloria 5**** so helpful and put me through a step by step guide on change of ownership certificate. Thank you so much

Quick to take your money , constant harassment to take out their insurance , When I did ordered a service they take the money straight away , yet no product arrives. Complaints procedure is a complete waist of time. They are just a money making company, with no care for the client.

This is absolutely infuriating and beyond irresponsible! I have been trying to contact the publication team for five days with no luck. They took my money and then completely ignored all my emails, messages, and voicemails. Not a single response! This is outrageous! You can't just take people's money and then vanish without delivering what was paid for. I can't even reach anyone to get a refund! WHAT IS GOING ON?!

It’s a complete nonsense. Registered our pup from a kennel club recognised breeder and paid the fee. And what happens now? Nothing - apart from being spammed for insurance deals etc. the site doesn’t keep any records and is uncontactable. Wake up and move on

No one to speak to, phone lines on hold for 30mins, taken money in January and no way of contacting them in person and address missing from website. Tried two over 28 day complaints all for a kennel name. In March they declined my names as they sounded vaguely like something else, have resubmitted twice and nothing. Absolutely below expectation. Refund me please as my pups are due imminently and you have wasted my time.

Why does the kennel club take your money, and not provide the service you have paid for,they do not answer emails or telephone calls, they tell you to register your litters, but when you are still waiting 11 months for registration and the pups are in their new homes and you still cannot give the new owners the paperwork kennel club absolutely disgracefull

Why is the kennel club STILL taking applications and payments when 100s of breeders, new pupoy owners, change if ownership are still waiting for certificates of registration. It is absolutely appalling and nothing is being done , you cant get through at all, noone responds to emails it is just ridiculous. Its time the media looked into this as noone nos what the hell is going on.
