Don't Trust Rosinbom Parnters With Your Personal Information
Do not buy from this company. Protect your money, time, and privacy by going elsewhere. As soon as I gave my banking info to Four-Pay, that Rosinbom patners with and recommened, and linked from their site, I was not taken back to the Rosinbom check outsite and the browser was closed out automatically. I immediately started getting inundated by spam emails to buy stuff. I have literally received hundreds of emails in the last three days since trying to purchase from Rosinbom. Now, Rosinbom shows the items as sold out. The only email I received was from my bank telling me Four Pay is linked to it. When I complained to Rosinbom customer support, instead of empathy or trying to help me out I get this; these are their exact words "Four Pay Later is an outside payment company that contracts with YOU the customer. If you are worried about them selling your information, or spamming your inbox, you will need to contact them directly. We have been in business for more than 5 years and have used Pay Four Later for over 2 and have had zero issues and have never sold customer information." This is how much they care about us. Zero. Also, if you read Four Pay reviews you will see that "zero" complaints is several hundred off the mark. If Rosinbom thinks this is zero it is another reason to avoid them.
Buy from someone else if you want customer service and to not have your personal information given out. There are many reputable manufacturers of the same type of equipment and better deals. I would have just bought straight from their site had they not recommended Four Pay as an option. Now I will buy from someone else but will be stuck spending the Holidays dealing with all the spam as a direct result from dealing with Rosinbom. Thanks Rosinbom, appreciate it.
