Fraudulent company!!
We booked an appartment in Morzine in january. The night before we received an email saying that the property’s tourism license was withdrawn due to an “unpleasant event”.
We paid 2600€, (1600€ rent and 1000€ deposit). We didnt receive our money back. It turns out that it is a fraud.
We have the feeling that this man “ Georges Deau” doesnt exist and we found out that he is renting fake appartements in many Alp villages.
We must avoid that other people also become victim from this organisation.
Also we understood that the website, authenticalps com/properties/chalet-loris-2/ is not reachable from french or swiss service.
