I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! THIS COMPANY SELLS CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS.

What is described as Merino Wool socks are Containing only 30% wool, which is Not posted on the website. The rest is 45% Polyester!, 15% Spandex!, and 10% Cotton.

Don’t buy from here! You will be cheated. The site is slick and appealing but that’s where it ends. I spent $80 on a jacket which was ridiculously small for its advertised size so I decided to send it back. Followed the instructions to the letter and no one ever responded to me thru email and repeated phone calls. Beware. You will be cheated and then abandoned.

I ordered Cashmere leggings and a cashmere blend sweatpant in women's size XS, my usual size. I asked for a size chart before I placed the order so I would know the correct size to buy. There was no chart but I was assured that Casvian uses international sizing corresponding to each country, so no worries about fit, they said. The order took 3 weeks, and was shipped from China, to my surprise. The website uses a Wyoming address--which should have been the big red flag. The leggings were sized for a small child--18" waist and 19" inseam! The left side inseam on the sweatpants was unfinished, (unsewn)--leaving a 10" opening on the inner thigh area. As with other reviews, the return was nearly impossible...but I persisted. First they said it would cost more to return the merchandise to China than what I paid for the clothing. I said "nonsense" because if that were true, why did I receive free shipping on the original order?? After weeks of back & forth emails, I was offered a 20% refund plus a $25 gift card for my $186.00 purchase. I said unacceptable, since the clothing was defective. A week later they offered a 40% refund and a $20 gift card. Again, unacceptable. Meanwhile, I had opened a dispute with Visa Citibank. Immediately I was given a conditional refund. Within a few days, the refund was made permanent. Only then, did Casvian send an email with return instructions--to Casper Wyoming, NOT China. Lesson learned--read the reviews first. Had I done so, I would NEVER have ordered anything from this company.

STAY AWAY!  NO customer service.  I contacted Casvian to make an exchange and though they answered my initial email requesting details and photos (which I gladly provided), they have since ghosted me and will not respond to my emails.  Their phone number says "the google subscriber is not available" - every time I try.  
I love the product and just wanted to exchange sizes.  To note, I did contact them before I made the purchase to ask if the item ran big, small or true to size.  I was told that they do not have size charts yet and was told to order my normal size.  I wear a small, but to be safe, I ordered a medium.  It is tiny.  I need an XL.  
I was asked to send a photo of the size label, but the item I received had no size or brand tag, no manufacturing labels, and no other tags of any kind.  
I placed my order on 12/13/25, received 12/30/25, and emailed requesting exchange 1/3/26.  I have followed up with 4 subsequent emails.
I did not read these reviews before purchasing and that is on me. Don't make the same mistake I did - Shop elsewhere.

Items not as described. Very Cheap fabric, completely different silhouette. Sent from China despite stating they are located in United States. No tags on clothes, no company tags or packages. Refuse to refund items. Takes weeks to arrive.

Ordered 2 pair shoes Nov 1. Received them but were poor quality and didn't fit. They countered with a 1/2 off discount if we kept them, but they didn't fit and I told them i wanted and refund and would return them. Returned them Dec 2 after numerous emails back and forth. Mailed them back usps, they were delivered but have never seen a refund after numerous emails back and forth I paid through paypal but they said it was beyond the 30 day window to dispute the refund. The delay was caused by the back and forth emails from Casvian. They are a scam.

Looks like everyone who’s come here has the same story! I actually fell for it big time with a Black Friday sale and got 4 sweaters thinking I was getting everyone in my family nice Christmas cashmere: “Loro Piana at a fraction of the cost”. Shipping got the package to me wayyy after Christmas and then the quality of the sweaters….compleTE BS. 100% polyester, no tags, in a dirty ziplocks with a very industrial odor. Super SCAM. I mean, why even bother sending anything. Now I’ve been offered a 20% refund or a costly ship back. I’ll be taking that route since I will never wear this garbage. Will update if they ever end up refunding me!

Horrible service! The left hand does not know what the right is doing! BUYER BEWARE! They say one thing and then do another. The procrastination is on going hoping you will finally give up on resolving simple issues!

I recieved a Casvian Cashmere Sweater in Camel, size small for Christmas. This website is a fraud! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The sweater I received was delayed in shipping, it was ordered the first week of December and arrived on December 24th. Upon opening, there were no clothing tags, it was in a non-descript plastic ziploc bag and had synthetic clothing odor. The U.S., federal law (FTC rules) requires clothing tags to list fiber content (if over 5%), country of origin, and manufacturer identity, plus permanent, legible care instructions (washing/drying/ironing/bleaching) for the garment's useful life, ensuring consumers know how to clean items like cotton, wool, or blends. This sweater is clearly synthetic and NOT Cashmere. Upon requesting a return label, we were told that to return it, it would be the same as the cost of the sweater, but they would refund 20% of the $132.50 cost and give us a $20 credit for our next order! No thank you! DO NOt BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a vest that supposed to be 100% wool and very nice looking on their website, instead I received (almost a month later, Christmas Eve day) something that looked nothing like photos, made out of a cheap felt, no tags, absolutely horrible. I was too ashamed to gift it to my daughter, the gift was intended for. Got offered a $20 gift card to their website after complaining. Please do yourself a favor and don’t be fooled, better give the money you plan on spending with Casvian to the poor, you will get way more satisfaction. Casvian should be legally removed from any kind of access to the people in the World.

Horrible experience. I don’t like their clothing and immediately initiated a return resulting in months of initiated just to get a refund. They even claimed at one point that they would prefer to provide a portion of a refund to have me keep the items just to avoid costing more in shipping fees to return the items; I have $150 worth of product!
Save yourself the headache, not worth the product they offer to deal with extra time and effort spent to return items especially when it took weeks to get the delivery in the first place.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order anything from them. $120 for a cashmere sweater and my dog would not even wear it. It’s horrible quality!!!

I would rate them lower if I could. The product description is misleading. What is on the website and what I received are ridiculous. It looks like something my kids would make in art class. It took several weeks to arrive and customer service has yet to respond to my request to return.

They snuck a duplicate of the item I ordered in my cart with their crazy pop-ups, that I didn't see until I submitted my order. Emailed them within 5 minutes asking to cancel part of the order, & they told me I'd have to wait to receive the items before initiating a return. Took several weeks to deliver, because although they appear to be in the US, it's a Chinese company. When I emailed to initiate a return, they said,

I don't want to spend more money with this company because they scammed me. The item is also not cashmere, as advertised. It's unfortunate companies like this exist. They are not consumer friendly--just money hungry & very, very scammy.

This is a scam! Beware! They look like a good quality site but will send you items that are complete garbage in quality and nothing close to what you ordered. Then when you ask for a return, they will tell you it will cost more to return the item than what you bought items for. They will then offer you 50% return crediting your account. They, on the other hand, make off with your other half if money and you are left with nothing. Unwearable, not the right size, GARBAGE!!

My elderly mother ordered 1 sweater but was charged for 3 sweaters, nearly $200 in total. The company would not allow her to correct the order, shipped her three of the same sweater, but charged her three different amount amounts on her credit card. We are in the process of disputing the charges with her credit card company. Casvian offered a 20% refund and wanted her to send her credit card number through the email. They would not give her instructions of how to return the two unwanted sweaters. Do not buy anything from this company!
