Great product, great customer service.
Received my countertop stainless steel water filter. Very easy to set up, all parts are as shown. I was a little concerned that the flow from the spigot was not a full flow. I emailed customer service. They responded within hours with a very detailed explanation. I did as they instructed (very minor actions like fill it a couple times and drain to ensure filter completely soaked). The spigot is now flowing strong! Very satisfied with the product and the customer service so far.

Extremely fast service
Extremely fast service. Left a message and they got back to me very quickly. I am so happy. I am not drinking out of plastic water bottles anymore. This was the perfect solution for me. Countertop water filtering system
I will be recommending this product to all my friends and family. Not only was the staff efficient and friendly with all my questions and needs but the product is fabulous.
It is simple to maintain and set up - filters are reasonably priced - made of stainless steel and aesthetically appealing in the kitchen and made in USA.

The customer service is dreadful
The customer service is dreadful. I have received a defective filter from them...I called multiple times as well as sent numerous e-mails to send me a replacement, but no response.

Defective spout
Defective spout. there is no phone number. Automated email and an eventual reply. Long story short. They sent a new spring saying it would fix but it didn’t. Now, it over 1 month of emails and no replies to fix or return. Never ever purchase from the. Garbage

Water filter replacement only last for 60 days
Overall, Rorra is a great design with good service . However, the water filter is a real concern. The filter is supposed to last 3 months, but mine stopped working in about 60 days. This means I may need more replacements than promised, which increases the cost unexpectedly.
I don’t mind paying for replacements when they match the expected lifespan, but the filter quality and consistency definitely need improvement.
I hope the company can address this issue because everything else has been a positive experience.
