Really impressed with the customer service — reached out with a question about filter replacement and got a clear, simple answer right away. They made it easy to adjust delivery timing based on actual usage (around 175–200 gallons), which I appreciate.

As for the system itself, I’m genuinely enjoying it. Clean-tasting water, simple setup, and it sits right on the counter — no more running to the store for bottled water. Just fill it and go.

Excellent service for a quality made product

We bought both items at the discounted price. It was a big investment for us, but after seeing what our local water looks like, we thought we'd give it a shot. Wow. The shower head is a treat. The water flows like a rain shower, and I can't say enough about how soft and manageable my hair has become. My husband and I both had issues with itchy backs, and that seems to have subsided. As for the water quality, we feel better knowing we're drinking and cooking with cleaner water. I'm telling everyone I know about both.
