Roomia Self Storage - Springfield Reviews 

Roomia Springfield were terrific and I strongly recommend them. A great place to store with 24/7 access. Have moving supplies onsite. A downsizer who was doing renovations at the same time. I was able to place items in storage. I started off with a 3mx2m unit great for garage & shed items. Took out a larger unit 3mx6m for furniture. A Roomia van (booking applies) to bring items into storage was so helpful and you can do this at your own pace. Helped with the sell, give away and keep process too. It was an exceptional process, Both Craig and Jessica were amazing, good sense of humour whilst being professional. Made to feel like a person and not a unit number which is rare these days. Exceptional customer service really deserve 10 stars

Craig at Roomia was clear, concise and attentive to our needs, even with other customers in the office, explaining the processes involved, including access and exit. very friendly, but all the time being professional.

Roomia made storing my items less stressful! The app is easy to use, the trolleys are super convenient, and the whole system is well organised and self-contained. It’s also more affordable than other storage companies.

Great space, easily accessible 24/7, friendly staff

Highly efficient business who uses technology to benefit all involved. Having access to our storage space 24/7 is fantastic and the cost is very reasonable. The provision of trolleys, a commercial sized lift and a free van made the job of moving our items very easy and convenient. We highly recommend Roomia for storage of your personal items.

From the moment I visited Roomia self storage to ask questions about my storage solutions I was meet by two loverly representatives who answered all my concerns about my storage shed i can honestly say the representatives went above and beyond to help me out i had my storage for approximately 6mths and would not hesitate in using Roomia self storage again if I needed to

Everything these days is done via an app on your phone so with Roomia, you never lost your keys. Gaining access is simple. The facilities are clean and trolleys provided to load or unload your items. I would absolutely use this storage facility again.

The Lady that served me was very professional and lovely.
