I accidently ordered the wrong size of sound insulation I wanted but Vanessa was really helpful and swift in cancelling the original order and placing a new one. Delivery came prompt, quality was great as well as the price.

The 2 nd one was held/lost with the carrier.
A replacement was sent straight away so can’t fault them.

I was not previously aware of any issues until I received your email on 30th October 2024 advising that your order did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date we had provided. Only downside was I asked to be notified of delivery to divert locally. No mesage received and the first I heard was the sheets were on my doorstep. I had to then carry them.

Amazing service and support. We placed an order for some materials for a small project and then Daniel explained their supply chain were struggling, with potential delays ahead. I called and Vanessa answered. She was friendly knowledgeable and went away to ask advice on a question they had never been asked before. Vanessa called me back within half an hour to say it was possible. She then emailed me the special order so I could pay and job done. Brilliant service.
