Excellent communication, exceptional product. I was out in torrential rain and high winds in the English Lake District all weekend and the tent performed perfectly. High quality, great service and all at reasonable prices. Couldn't be happier!

Item not as described, customer service unresponsive
The itemis not as described and I am unable to get a an answer from customer services.
I ordered an adjustable length carbon pole. 115 cm to 135 cm at 127 grams. The pole at maximum extension is 130 cm and weighs 15% over spec.
Even if it was as advertised in length and weight it has loose joints which makes it rattle and therefore noisy, which is not really acceptable for a £45 pole
I have contacted customer service, it took a week for them to respond, they asked for more information, I replied to that message and have not had a response 5 days later, I am still waiting.
This is an unsatisfactory experience from a supposedly reputable brand.
I have given them a chance to sort the issue before reviewing, but the lack of engagement from customer service has prompted me to leave a negative review.

Broken mats
I got 3 broken (manufacturing issue most probably) self-inflating mats. Robens after deep review of my claim has no issue to make refund, giving a voucher to me. Then I bought new self-inflating mats - and received is quick as possible. It was high level of professionality from Robens side with customer. I wish other companies put customer of 1st place , like Robens did.
