I’m sure the product will be great when…
I’m sure the product will be great when I finally receive it, the courier they use are poor to say the least. Wasn’t notified as to when delivery would be had to keep checking via the link robens sent when purchase was made. Tried to deliver twice whilst at work no option to deliver with neighbour or leave in safe place. Hoping to hear from them asap in regard to collecting my parcel or if they will try to deliver again. Hoping to use the tent this weekend but may have to cancel trip 🤦

Very sturdy and well made stool. High enough to get off easily. Packs really small and easy fit into a 30L day pack.

Will not stay inflated
Never purchased Robens stuff before but really liked the sound of the Polarshield 120. Purchased in sept 25 and used for the first time April 26. The mats will not stay inflated and have ruined the trip.
What am I doing wrong???
