Solid, waterproof houses. I have four of them. They have withstood the wet winter and I’ve had hedgehogs safely hibernate in them. They are cleverly constructed to prevent predators from getting in. The customer service is great. My emails have always been answered promptly. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nesting house or feeding station.

I think this company is doing a brilliant job for hedgehogs and Wildlife ✌️ and I like to support them 100% for that.
I wonder if I could make a suggestion to give an option to buy a higher level of roof as my hedgehogs are rather large and I almost feel like they might be banging their heads on it – there are hedgehog sites that suggest that more space and therefore more circulation of air Would be good for them? I am very happy with the standard of build for my hedgehog house and feeder. They are wonderful.

The bird table lived up to expectations, it was nicely made. It did take 3 weeks to arrive from the point of ordering, so bear this in mind if you want it for a specific date, such as a birthday. The bird table was delivered in two separate parcels, one for the stand and the other was the bird table its self. The packing of the respective pieces in the boxes was not to a good standard, allowing for movement of the pieces. The bird table had suffered from transit damage as a result and need some remedial repair work where one of the roof ridge pieces had pulled away from the roof. Overall, I was pleased with the product.

A very well made extension to my existing hedgehog house to make it cat proof. Was easy to order, I was kept informed of progress of the order and it arrived quickly once dispatched. It was also very well packed. It was easy to attach securely to the HH house with the screws and bars supplied. Very happy.

The products are top quality, easy to put together and solid 👌🏼 just give yourself time to order if its for a gift as it about a 3-4 week wait

Placex order on 5th may and was told delivery would be 12th may. Asked for an update when it was a week late and was just told courier had split delivery. A small part of order then arrived on the 22nd and nothing more. There is no way to track the order and the company don't seem to care that they have taken money for something they haven't delivered

Really nice company to deal with. They kept in touch really well regarding my order and the product was really nice when it arrived with good assembly instructions.

The reason for the low score on this review is simple absolutely terrible customer service.
We purchased an XL hexagon bed table from this company in March, we got emails to say there would be a delayed due to a family bereavement, so we patiently waited for the arrival of it. We emailed the company again, then were told it was being dispatched around 10 days later or so it arrived, however the instructions for constructing the vertible with a completely different table altogether, and there were missing parts so we are unable to construct it. We contacted the company after trying via the phone (never gets answered) Via email to explain about the wrong instructions, and missing parts. We were told that all of the extra large bird towels receive the same instructions for construction, which is completely crazy considering it. There’s no resemblance to our table whatsoever so how do you follow instructions like that! They told us they would send the missing parts the following day and 10 days later we are still waiting after numerous unanswered phone calls, and an email promising they were on their way and would be with us again the next day! None we’ve been left with no alternative but to ask for a full refund and collection of the bar table, which is unfortunate because the actual construction of the birdhouse looks good quality so it’s such a shame that’s such poor customer service has left us with this alternative of having to return it now.
Sadly, could not recommend this company now simply due to the problems listed in this review.
We are now awaiting a refund, from the company, but as yet have had no reply regarding this

And for myself great value for quality of product. Slate roof just ‘tops’ the quality - cherry on the cake so to speak

Customer service was not great and delays in receiving the order. Whilst they'd had a bereavement, this was not communicated until the item was a week overdue for despatch. When I queried I was told DHL had the order but it was on hold. Took over a month to arrive.

Not impressed! Bought and paid for a bird table on 2/4/25. Got a delivery slot via email for 22/4/25 and it never arrived (person waited in all day too 😡). Am still struggling to get through to anyone for an explanation of when it should arrive. They know it is a gift for somebody’s birthday this week. Not the service I expected!

My order was a long time arriving I had to chase the company who informed me it was due to a bereavement, when it eventually arrived only part of it arrived , several days later the rest arrived but the screws and the instructions for the side tables are still missing , the quality is not as good as I expected , some jagged ends needed sanding as the could have caused splinters , some of the holes didn’t line up and the quality of the wood could have been better.the company do not reply to emails quickly . I am still waiting for my screws and instructions for my side tables not good customer service
