I just love how practical this is. No waffle or endless information. It feels like actual help & guidance. The checklists, Paws and Reflect sections and forms make it feel like someone’s literally walking you through it and showing you how to do it to a very high level. It’s delivered with love & care and you can tell it’s come from years of hands-on experience. Brilliant stuff! 5 stars from me!

The layout and detail is spot on. Laura clearly knows what she is doing and the customer templates and contracts were a massive bonus. I’ve spent the last few months looking for something that’s professional and easy to send to customers but found myself struggling and not sure where to even start. Everything is easy to understand, practical and with honest humour. You can tell it’s built on real experience, not theory.

Ecstatic to find a home to home boarder/dog walker, even better, right on my doorstep who loves and cares for the dogs she looks after just as if they were own! Wyn went to daycare for 3+ days a week for over 3 years whilst I studied at university, once my course was complete I didn’t want Wyn to miss out on her dose of auntie Laura, so we booked in weekly walking sessions to keep in touch, along came Sadie (my second Labrador) who again, Laura took under her care like she’d always been around. Both girls even now know their paws are firmly under the table at Laura’s & I can leave my girls under her care with no worries.

The paw print manual hits the nail on the head with everything that Laura stands by and projects into her business, day in and day out the care, love and thorough attention doesn’t go unnoticed

I have been a regular customer of All Shapes and Sizes for about 4 years now, reading the manual was really eye opening into all of the work that goes on behind the scenes and completely reflects the level of care that is provided. Laura has gone the extra mile when providing post-surgical care for my dog so it was really interesting to read her tips for those challenges. If anyone is considering opening a dog walking or daycare business I can’t think of anyone better to take advice from, she really is one in a million.

After reading Laura’s guide it is clear why her pet daycare works so well. The guide is full of practical tips, real life examples and actionable advice showing exactly how to create a safe, structured and happy environment for dogs. It a guide that could help any new doggy day care get it right from the start, keeping dogs happy and owners reassured.
Laura has been looking after my two crazy Border Collies for four years, she is an amazing lady, her doggy day care is exceptional and the dogs in her care seem to agree and why wouldn’t they …. they have their own gazebo and pool for the summer months, a garden full of toys and agility equipment for stimulation and the most fabulous doggy room for afternoon naps and keeping out of the rain. She sends me photos and videos every week when they are out and about having wonderful adventures and my normally aloof Collies adore her. She seems very tuned in to the needs and habits of every dog and has notified me immediately she feels something is not right which is extremely reassuring.
I would definitely rate Laura and All Shapes and Sizes Pet Care as exceptional not only with the dogs but with the owners too,
