They don't answer calls

Apparently repairers for domestic and general, however their lines are off at 9:40am on a Saturday when they are supposed to be open at 8am??

I have a vulnerable person at home at 95 years old who was booked in for an appointment with these guys for today, but havent received a text confirming the time, nor is anyone answering their lines.

Bit of a shit of service if you can't even pickup customer calls if you ask me.

Thanks for no help whatsoever.

First Experience with Rightgas

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the swift response to my boiler breakdown. The service was impeccable from start to finish and the issue was handled quickly and professionally.

A special shout out to Luca and Richard , who were both incredibly helpful. Luca was courteous, knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout the whole process, which really put my mind at ease.

Great work, guys — truly excellent service.

Boiler repair

Neil repaired my boiler today. He was friendly, tidy and professional and explained what the problem was. I thoroughly recommend him and Rightgas to anyone who needs their boiler fixed.

RightGas Boiler Installation

RightGas engineers correctly condemned our broken, Domestic & General covered, boiler as unsafe and unrepairable. After a week of faffing around by D&G, Emma of RightGas quoted for a new boiler. She was very helpful, constructive and efficient in dealing with the quotation process and in arranging the installation of a new boiler and a power flush of the heating system. The installation of the new boiler and the power flush of the heating system were both carried out by engineer Mark, who turned out to be absolutely brilliant. He was very cheerful, an excellent communicator and absolutely no trouble to have in the house. He was, furthermore, highly efficient and knowledgeable as an engineer. In addition to the work he was there to carry out, he provided us with very useful advice. We have to say that we were extremely impressed by Emma and Mark and by how easy and satisfying it was to deal with RightGas. Would highly recommend!

Neil did an excellent job fixing my boiler system. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the system is now working perfectly. I really appreciated his friendly manner and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone needing reliable and high-quality boiler repairs and servicing.

Absolutely brilliant service

I can honestly say the service from beginning to end was absolutely fabulous and both Emma and Mark were excellent in all aspects. This was all completed with no fuss and Mark the installer really was excellent. Really can’t recommend this company enough. Very genuine and nice people who provide a top level of expertise whilst really making sure you are happy. They know exactly what they are doing. Good to see great service still exists

Phoned right gas for help with my…

Phoned right gas for help with my boiler which was leaking water, I had no heating or hot water. Customer service was fantastic. They quickly arranged for Steve a gas safety engineer to asses the situation. Steve was brilliant, quick and professional. He was back after 1 day to fix the issue. Arrived nice and early. And now I have heating and hot water. Thank you Steve top bloke. More companies should have people like Steve
