Excellent service from Aaron from start to finish, shipped my bike out to Portugal, arrived 5 days later, out of the box and riding the trails within the hour! Love the bike!!!

I ordered some socks for my partner for Christmas, he bought a Fustle frame recently and is really pleased with it.

Everything has been flawless with my purchase of the Fustle bike kit. Before ordering I contacted Fustle with a couple of questions and got a very quick and nice reply from Aaron.
Once ordered the frame kit was delivered within 2 days and arrived in perfect condition, bike box as well.
The frame was finished to a very high quality with nice details.
So great bike backed up by a great team.

Fustle have got it right...from start to finish.

I would go so far to say this is the best bike (and I have had many over the years) that I have ever owned. The build quality, geometry, ride comfort, design and styling are all second to none.

Short distance day rides to long distance multi day trips, I am more than confident this bike will not fail to disappoint. I have had the Causeway loaded up for bike packing and it handles it extremely well.

Many other retailers out there could learn a thing or two when it comes to Fustle's customer service. The personal touch and guidance on specifying your bike is excellent. The team are fantastic and always on the end of the phone for any questions. Big thanks to Aaron for making my purchasing experience so informative and simple.

Great little company designing cutting edge gravel bikes in Northern Ireland. Modern geometry, for comfort and stability when things get fast and rough. This is not just a cross bike with fat tyres. Well finished, nice details. great value. Great friendly advice. cant say enough good things.

Ordered my Causeway in May 2020. There was a problem with my frame because green in my size was out of stock, but the the online shop didn't show that. Everything was out of stock, so they flew my frame of the next batch from Taiwan to Northern Ireland to assemble it, instead of let me wait for two months for shipping by a container ship as usual. FUSTLE paid that expensive shipping for me and sent me pictures of the process because they noticed how stoked I was about my new bike! best customer service i experienced my entire life!

The product: what can i say ... i think i couldn't have bought me a better bike than my Causeway! It's comfortable, durable, fast, gorgeous ... i could talk days about it! ...
