Too many interest changes on my card without me using it.. I'm going to report this

It was easy to use my card, I had no issues.

Very high interest and start up fees , and one missed payment do to change of banks they cancel you, which means they got there start up fees and ran you're credit , so look else where ,

Great customer service each time l call in.. so very grateful to get live agents. Always very patient..answering all questions listening to concerns and very courteous..would highly recommended to everyone God bless

Both of the representatives that helped me were amazing. I was very upset, not with Revel but with my situation. The woman that answered when I called realized how upset I was and was very kind. She said that she was going to transfer me to someone that could help me work through my problem. The gentleman and I talked and he (I wish I could remember his name) helped me work out a plan so that I can get my account current. I was relieved and was reassured that everything was going to be okay. I actually got some sleep that night. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for the knowledgeable and kind representatives.

They didn't mention a monthly fee in the original info. I have gotten statements on time, but no report to the credit bureau. I have paid the annual fee to avoid taking the hit to my credit report and intend to close this card. Its not worth getting this card.

I had an issue with my card being used illegally and called the lady I spoke with was very helpful and the company cancelled that card as well as removed those charges. Means a lot when your trying to build credit

Very poor buissiness model not at all user friendly payment cleared my acct Tues paid full amount of balance received a email said payment was recieved tried to make a purchase was denied call you got the run around by the robot before finally talking to a live person that I to wait 7 to8 days before my payment cleared the bank money is gone from my acct bad way to do business

The customer service representative was kind, knowledgeable and quick to resolve my issues

This card has helped me rebuild my credit. I truly like that they gave me chance with their credit card. I have had no problems with using it or I have not had to call customer service for anything! Very happy with my new card

A very good card to have. Helps with tough times. Customer service is very helpful.

The best thing that you're doing is lowering the payments each month they're too high people have other barrels to pay besides paying off a card you can at least lower the payments each month

I was sent 2 pre-approved emails, back to back, but when I went to accept the offer, the link didn't work. So I try to go and apply for the card, which results in a rejection due to 2 pre-qualifications in 30 days. Customer Service is no help. They told me to try the offer link again after 24 hours....I don't know, maybe I dodged a bullet on this one.
Not much of an update, but soon after I left my initial review, someone from Revel Card reached out to see what my issue was and how they could help....there has still been no resolution.

This card is excellent, but please use it only for emergencies.

By being a Revel Card member ,It gave me value with the Benefit of giving my feedback.

Actually getting to speak to a person wasn't as bad as most credit card companies are.

Excellent customer service

I am not amused by availability of funds not being available until a week later. Also cut off time of 5 pm when payment is still being made on day of due date
