Update: Finally we got a respons, stating that our account had been terminated. Obviously negative reviews are more effective, then nice mails... What a pity.

This is starting to get truely annoying monthly routine, once again we got a new invoice even though pe payed the entire debt of. (this is on behalf of my husband)

After writing on trustpilot, the costumer service promised we will be called, which NEVER happened. We wrote this on mail (12th oct. 2017), also with no reply:
"Hello!
I received yet another invoice today, telling me I still, or again have 627,- dk
to pay…..

We had many talks with the customer service; we have been writing emails, with
little results. In our last talk, was also thought to be the last; we have been
offered to pay 707,- dk and the case would be closed. Therefore you have sent us
a girokort and we payed the 707,- and now we received yet another invoice!?

I was trying to figure out via web, how things are calculated, but it is almost
impossible to follow and to make sense out of those numbers. Fact is, we had a
loan of 3.282,- dk starting with March 7th and ended up paying 4.476,- kr within
7 month! This is bandit banking!!!! And now you expect me to pay another 627,-
kr.
Please check my case and get the records right."
And now another invoice came up. We are totally fed up!!!!!

Stay away from this company. I have learned my lesson! I took a loan and after a few days I paid it in full. No problems until 1 1/2 month after I found in my bank that I am still registerd in PBS and I have to pay 415kr so I emailed them and asked why??

''I can see in our system that you have recently been approved for a cash loan with the amount of 16.000 kr.

You have to pay the loan off with 415 kr, so the amount that you are questioning belongs to you cash loan.''

Ha! I called them and I clearly explained that I already paid the loan. They said that I HAVE TO SEND THEM THE KVITTERING from my bank. Wait..isnt that what reference numbers are for?? They said they cannot find my payment in the system. So I went to my bank and ask for help and they did gave me a copy of the payment I made. And then I called them again to follow up what is happening and there this awful uneducated customer service representative saying the same thing again: I HAVE TO SEND A KVITTERING for my payment. WTF?!?! I already did and I have send the email many times just to be sure.
Again, I called them and another one said that the collecting/accounting department is looking at it.

I dont know how many medarbejde they have since they cannot track customers payment. And I dont know how someone from customer service cannot even give a good service. They just annoy and make people angry. Anyway as I am writing this review I am waiting for their reply. And I swear to the heavens if I get a rækkegebyr the media should look unto this kind of scam they are doing to people. Clearly this is cheating.
