Personal data acquisition done wrong
Today I got a call from the bank asking some weird questions.
Not really sure how my personal information and contact details got into their hands considering the facts that I am on the Robinson List.
My personal phone number is only for my private use and I am not going to help anyone with any market or user analysis/research , I have never given any consents...

Worse than the worst
It was the worst experience of my entire life. After being approved a loan made by mistake of El Giganten, I got it canceled, and tried to make a new real one. After many unsuccessful attempts and several talks, I was rejected even though I had been approved beforehand. But more than that, the bank declined my request to give me the reason of algorithm’s rejection or personal review, as stipulated in GDPR. Clearly, the customer service was rude and never learned the law.

Misleading marketing regarding Credit Cards
We acquired a British Airways Mastercard through Resurs that should allow us to earn frequent flyer points when we spend money. We have now had the card for 6 months and we haven't been credited a single point. We've contacted Resurs monthly and they keep telling us 'they are trying to solve it', but don't actually make any progress.
We are now contacting forbrugerombudsmanden.
