Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Today, i had a call with some one who was super rude. There were lot of charges incurred on my loan even though the insurance company was paying my loan since i became unemployed. Never ever will get something from Resursbank. Stay away.

terrible service
I was trying to get the credit card, almost a year already, every time got an advice to try again later without explaining the reason. Last two weeks was actively calling them, was asked to provide additional details, done it, called again and then a representative told me that there is a mistake in a system and I need to reapply, but everything will be ok and they have all my details, and next time I call I should ask to speak with that person (gave a name). But on Friday another representative told that the one with promises will call me back, never happened. Finally today, I spoke with yet another representative, and was told there is no such a person with a name I was provided last week and I am not eligible for the card. In that case I should have been told in a first place that cannot be provided with a card, but not asking to send my all personal details and spend time and money on phonecalls!

This bank is acting like Leech. They try to suck of you as much money as they can and will charge you multiple interest.
I have used so many other creditt cards from other bank, but have never seen like this
