The room wasn't smell like someone been…
The room wasn't smell like someone been smoking weed, there was bugs in the bathroom, we was in there for 5 minutes...we was for our money back and the front desk guy was rude....name was (Dan). I would not recommend any one staying there

Made a mistake on booking. Called help desk one minute later and you guys could not modify booking and it is under a non-refundable room. This is horrible business.

I was comfortable with the process and at the bottom of my screen after having booked appeared this note
The room is nonrefundable. I was concerned as my guests are seniors and anything could happen. I called the hotel and they said they do refunds for causes like a car accident or illness.

I made this booking on your website thinking that the booking was through Ascend Hotels. I was not aware that this booking was made through Priceline and was subject to their fees. In addition I was not aware that I would be charged immediately. I have made hundreds of hotel bookings in my life time and have never run into that issue, hence the 1 star.
