First time using this reservation tool. Very intuitive and easy to use. Was able to find a good rate, book, and complete. Hopefully I won't receive a lot of marketing emails as that will sour me on the experience. So far, this has been a good tool to use.

Even if they tell you they're going to cancel, they'll still charge you a fee
Accidentally went through the site to reserve called seconds later to cancel. They had to call the hotel to get canceling confirmation and then they charged me for canceling.
