Helpful customer service consultant
I was at first a bit wary and nervous about selling my tickets but the process was easy. I had trouble uploading the tickets so phoned to get advice. Had a very helpful consultant who very quickly and easily talked me through the steps. I received email confirmations and notifications along the way. Payment came about 2 weeks after the concert, which although annoying at first, was understandable.
Ticketmaster Resale
The team always kept me up to date with the progress of my sale and my enquiries were answered quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend reselling your tickets through the site!

I was happy that I sold 2 out of my 4 tickets but I think the resale site should with the main site with a tab for resale rather than having to set up another account also I think the time for the money to come through is a bit too long.

Very easy to sell tickets
Very easy to sell tickets, no problems whatsoever!
Easy to use and very transparent
It was so easy and I loved that everything was detailed in emails. It was a very easy process and I would definitely use the website again.
Good experience
Good experience. Tickets sold quickly. Only issue was I didn't realize that they would add $35 to the price of each ticket for their commission until I had completed the posting process.
Brilliant service
Brilliant service, had something come up and was not able to attend concert and sold the tickets through the Ticketmaster resale site 2 days before the concert. The process was so easy and received automatic payment for tickets within 7 days. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone.

It was pretty easy I would have liked a bit more explanation about the waiting for the money to clear. All the information is there but I didn't clearly understand that you had to wait a while for the money.
Good Service - Long Wait!
I feel that the service provided was satisfactory. However, I did wait for a long period of time in order to receive my funds. I was advised that I would receive payment following the concert, although waited for over one week following the concert. Other than this, I feel that Ticketmaster Resale is a good service.
Very trustworthy and efficient
Easy and convenient
Very impressed with Ticketmaster
Very impressed with Ticketmaster, sold our Killers tickets within 2 hours of putting them up, and received payment 7 working days after the concert. Had some reservations originally but super happy with service and would definitely use again.
Resale was great way to allow others to…utalize our ticket when unable to atttend
Resale was great way to allow others to use the seats when we were unable to attend.
Easy to use the resale program with quick results.
Will certainly use again if unable to attend any function that we have booked.
Pretty good, but Ticketmaster needs to show their commission more transparently
As a site for selling your unused/unwanted tickets, Ticketmaster Resale makes it fairly easy to do so. However, having used them a few times now, there are a few things I don't like:
- If you have a mix of different tickets, you need to list separately. For example, I had a collection of 1 adult and 2 child tickets for a show because my wife and kids were planning on attending and then couldn't. Ticketmaster can't list them together. Some customers might be after exactly this combination knowing that all the seats are _together_.
- It irks me (a lot) that the Ticketmaster resale site is not very transparent about how much they add to your ticket price to cover their service fees. They show you the original ticket price, and they show you the price you can buy the ticket for. When I listed two Harry Styles tickets, face value $149.90 each, I indicated that I wished to get $160 for each ticket (the extra was to cover my booking fees basically). Ticketmaster Resale adds over $42 per ticket, hence they show up on the site as $202. Ticketmaster Resale shows the original ticket price, and it irks me that they don't show that $42 of that $202 is the Ticketmaster commission, not the seller trying to rip people off. The ones trying to do roughly the right thing still look like they have jacked their selling price up.
