I ordered 2 large dog muzzles and got sent 2 puppy ones only to find out they won't take them back for a refund. Trying to sort this out with Australia consumer law. Was told it was the correct size??? When it doesn't even fit my smallest dogs nose

taking this matter further

My relatives are taking this matter further as their were robbed by this shop :
They purchased another harness for their dog to replace the previous one (the same style ) that was getting worn out. The clip in the new 1 month old harness is faulty, weaker, comes dangerously undone ( 6 times in the first 4 weeks, during normal use ).The women didn’t want to accept warranty complaint, ( our right under the Australian Consumers Law ) saying : she doesn’t know if she can do it ? She was insisting that the fact that the new clip comes undone in NORMAL and it doesn’t have to hold and provide safety? She also underlined that harness is for a short walks and on short walks it doesn’t have to provide safety at all, it can come undone? She was extremely unprofessional , rude, no customer service skills, no professional knowledge. Her excuses were invalid, childish, irrational eg: “all is good as the owner designed it himself so it must be good”. It looks like the plastic used for the clip was weakened during production, which is not uncommon in serial production. She told them rudely to leave and she said : the boss will call you. Till today no news, no calls. The matter will be forwarded for a further actions.

Crap product with worse service

Bought a SupaTuff Slim fit harness- black for my Staffy and within one month the harness started to break down with the eyelits disappearing into the webbing of the harness. I contacted the Rouge Royalty Team and was told to 'burn' the webbing to stop the spread. Yes, that's right, they told me to burn the webbing on a month old product. Disgusting service. I complained and received a superficial apology with comment that if it got worse, to get hold of them again using same email chain. I did this 2 months later. 5 emails and 2 phone calls later, I sent a glaring pointed email and was contacted by the Managing Director- Wendell. He told me it was my dogs fault, poorly chosen product, misuse, my dogs excessive pulling and behavior, and turned the whole thing into our fault and as 'a favour' in 'doing the right thing ' offered me to purchase another harness at cost, saying that we needed the next type up for my dog. Even though his website displays dogs a lot bigger than mine wearing the same harness. I advised that I didn't want that and gave 3 options to correct the issue- 1. Fix without burning, 2. Replacement, 3. I'd pay the difference for the next type up. Their solution, send it back to be burnt. Absolute muppets and completely unprofessional. Look at the reviews placed on this business, so many bad reviews and interactions with customers. Terrible customer service, absolutely rigged website with only good reviews (bar 2) Listed. Google reviews turned off. Dishonest company, poor management, absolute deflective dishonest Managing Director who implies that their product is the best in the world that is used by experts in the hardest environments and the issues are all because of my bad behaved dog. Those that know Staffys, you know the truth about these dogs. He's the sweetest most kind natured dog who loves to stroll on walks and introduce himself to everyone along the way. He loves people and just wants to give everyone a cuddle and kiss, especially females and children. Don't buy anything from Rouge Royalty, it may be ok but if it's not you'll be on your own and probably asked to spend more because it's all YOUR fault!

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Wendell. For an item that costs $89 we definitely expected better. We purchased a harness after using the sizing charts and images available on their website and the item fits our dog perfectly. However after only 4 months of use with using it a maximum of 4 times a week the eyelits have freyed around the outside on majority. When my husband made contact with this company they answered his first email promptly but recommended he just burn them to rectify the situation. This was absolutely not the outcome we were after, after spending this amount of money and not to mention how this would affect our dog. He was told to wait and see if it got worse and make contact again. It got worse, so he made contact again 5 times and had no response so called twice to be told that they had already answered him (which they hadn't). After this the managing director Wendell emailed my husband and tried to deflect and dismiss the situation and tried to say it was the dog and sizing (too small) fault after we sent perfectly clear images of the harness fitting our dog well. Not to mention our dog being smaller than those pictured on the website. He then offered my husband to purchase at cost price a larger harness. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible quality item and we will not be purchasing from this company again. Advise everyone to read reviews there is definitely a trend!!!!!

Not particularly impressed with customer service

First time ordering and whilst collars are exceptional, I do question the sizing. Also, to tempt me they offered a 10% discount on first order, however this was not applied at point of payment. I was also offered a free packet of dog treats but code did not work at point of payment
Now I must pay to send back collar and replace it with a larger size. I have been ignored when telling them this in an email, so I called the number instead and mentioned false and misleading advertising with regard to discount and free treats....interested to see where this goes.

Disappointing quality

I purchased a brass slip chain from Rogue Royalty, advertised as suitable for strong dogs. Within less than three minutes of light use on a calm walk, the chain link snapped at the weld, making the product completely unusable.

When I contacted customer service, they claimed the chain must have been “fitted incorrectly” and refused a refund or replacement — instead offering a discount on a new one. However, the break clearly occurred at a manufacturing weak point (not due to tension, misuse, or orientation). I also provided photo evidence showing a clean break at the link weld.

I expected better quality and accountability from a brand marketing itself as premium and heavy-duty. The product was not fit for purpose, and their refusal to stand behind it was disappointing.

If you’re looking for genuinely durable gear for strong dogs, I’d suggest exploring other brands with stronger materials and more responsive support.

First time customer and also last time customer. I was overlooked because regular clients where there also and instead of greeting me and asking me any questions I was ignored right up until I had to pay.

Poor customer service so I won’t be back.

The products look good but don't last

The products look good but don't last. I bought a supa tuff lead and it started fraying within a few months not good at the price of the product. they have a lifetime guarantee at the owners discretion which is never acted upon. I found the owner aggressive and rude.

I ordered a slip chain for my 16 wk old…

I ordered a slip chain for my 16 wk old bull terrier.. it only just fits him,it's a struggle to get it over his head & is to tight around his neck,extremely disappointed & clearly your advertising is misleading.. You advertising is mainly focused on Large dogs,but your slip chain is more suited for a jack russell.. more Rogues than royalty

The collars are of a really high…

The collars are of a really high quality. Far superior to that found in pet stores and excellent pricing.

Fitted my puppy perfectly and will still be suitable as he grows. I have had many comments from others about his cute bling collar.

I ordered three items, one as a set. However the stock levels online were incorrect and the product was out of stock and would be some time before being restocked.
Due to this and wanting a set for one of my dogs the lovely lass refunded the two items promptly.

They were very apologetic. I appreciated their quick communication and honesty.
The refund was processed very promptly.

Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. I read their reviews and was happy. Bought 2 harnesses off them 1 week later still waiting for deliver. Even with a tracking number that will not work, that says it’s in transit/ can’t find address/ been returned to sender. I can’t seem to get a refund of $200. Called and spoke to them and told it’s my bad luck when send a photo of the item I didn’t get and they will refund ( HOW CAN YO DO THAT ) then I was told if and when they are ready to refund they will

I followed the exact collar measurement…

I followed the exact collar measurement procedure (3x to be triple sure) as outlined in their youtube video only to find it was too short upon delivery.

Refund/ exchange costs almost as much as the product. Better off sticking to products in store.

RUDE, SLOW AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Bought a $95 white collar few weeks ago and it peeled after my dog scratched itself. This does not happen with cheaper collars.Customer service was poor, rude and slow. I was told that it was a dress collar and not for daily use. This information was not on the main description but under aftercare which is misleading. Issue has not been resolved to date.

Delaying (express) shipment of fully paid for expensive goods because of suspicions of fraud !! (Same name ,address and bank details as last order)
The only potential criminal act here being practiced by this enterprise.
