Positive experience with Rentify so far
We are really enjoying our first month in the new flat! So far most issues have been promptly resolved. The online system has some technical limitations however offers a centralized platform for the renting process.
Great communication and fast responses from the team. Thank you to Alice, Laura and Sosawan who have helped make our move smooth and efficient.
My second review
I have already wrote a review in the past. But more has come to light I’d like to share as to why you should no rent with this company.
We have had British Gas sent numerous letter, calls and text saying we’ve not paid, yet we’ve paid Rentify monthly clearly shown on our statement.
Rentify have been no help and countless emails have been sent out. We are absolutely appalled with the lack of communication from them.
I would highly advise people to think first before renting with this company. We’re considering legal action against this company for multiple negligence. The lack of communication is only one small factor that make this one of the worst company I’ve ever had to work with.

Run far, and run fast. This is the worst letting management agency on this planet (renting in London at the moment. Look at all the other 1 star reviews and you get the point; no customer service, extortionate fees, no reliability and abhorrent quality of staff.

Great service and smooth move-in process
Rentify were great during our recent move to London. Our agent Charlotte was very welcoming during the viewing, and helped us to negotiate a slightly lower rent on the property. The Rentify application is fully digital but they were on-hand to help us with any issues or queries we had. Since then we have been assigned a property manager, Alice, who has been very attentive during the move-in process.
Reconsider
So I want you to put yourself in my shoes.
Imagine you report your dishwasher as faulty, you can't use it for four months and are practically begging your landlord to replace it during this time.
And all you get is Emails back telling you to wash the dishes in the sink and sorry for the inconvenience.
That is just the tip of the iceberg regarding what you will experience if you go with Rentify. Please, for the love of god, it is not worth it. If you're reading the other reviews and wondering if Rentify could really be that bad? No. They are actually worse. That's because words cannot begin to describe the inability of Rentify to manage a property.
I could go on about the security issues, fire safety issues (Grenfell 2.0?), the mountains of rubbish. But what is the point? They haven't been swayed by any of the negative reviews or countless emails and phonecalls from every resident in this building.
All I can do is hope that no one else has to go through this.

New home — rentify has been awesome so far!
We have just moved into our new home with Rentify — over the last month or so, we have had regular interaction with Charlotte and Alice at Rentify. Our experience so far from first interaction, viewings to check-in has been awesome! Especially given our previous experience of London estate agents/landlords, we were very cautious but Rentify has done everything to make the process clear and stress free.
Charlotte was responsible for showing us around the apartment — she is amazing! She has answered every question we have had since then, gone out of the way to resolve any queries and generally been ace all around. Thank you Charlotte, we are so happy with our new place!
Alice has been our point of contact for any queries related to the property itself. She, too, has been amazing! Alice very patiently clarified and resolved every question we had regarding our contract. Quick responses to any of our queries and outstanding issues. She organised our check-in process which was very smooth and Alice has made sure we have all the information we could need before our check-in. Really positive to speak to — thank you Alice!
In short, our experience with Rentify so far has been exceptionally good. We are really hoping this continues throughout our tenancy!

Do not rent from this company
Brilliant at getting you to rent from them, worst company once you are in.
Water damage and suspected leaking external pipe coming into the building was first reported in Sept20, took a month to get someone to come view it, landlord said only if it gets worse will they do anything, a month later it was worse, it was reported, came out again in nov, nothing happened, then came out again dec and said needs to be scheduled in, then came out on 15th Jan and the workman did a temporary fix after making x2 1x1m square holes in two rooms ceilings.
Since then:
I contacted them 20th Jan, they replied and said they were chasing a quote to get it fixed and redecorated (no further contact).
I contacted them again on 5th Feb, they replied to say they would get back to me by the end of the day (no further contact).
I contacted them again on the 10th Feb, they replied saying that again I would hear back by the end of the day or by the next morning (no further contact).
I contacted again on the 15th Feb, they replied to say they will be in contact shortly to arrange next steps.
Same pattern, just ignoring tenants. Under section 29 of our contract it says the landlord should fix any issues and they are clearly not making any attempt to do so.
GHOSTING 101
This has been the single worst 'company' we have had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with. They take your money, make you sign the contract, and pull a disappearing act- never to be heard from again.
1- There is simply no way to reach them. No direct phone line, the general one loops around until it disconnects. Emails go unresponded. No actual address to show up to. We were finally given a direct extension after my boyfriend left a negative review and this morning, this extension has been disabled. Simply put, there is no accountability at all.
2- They rented us the place in August in a filthy condition littered with hair, dust, dirt and stains when we were promised a "professional cleaning" prior to moving in.
3- The boiler was not functional. We chased them relentlessly on this since day 1 and yet heard nothing back. It got fixed in 3 months. Asking for things which are owed to us yet made to feel completely ignored.
4- The intercom was broken. One would think such a simple thing would be a quick fix. But they surprise you yet again with their sheer inability to take any interest in responding to your emails.
5- We have had a HOLE in our living room ceiling AND our second bedroom ceiling for a whole month! We informed them of the suspicious wet patch in the wall back in October and heard nothing back. We reached out again in November. Finally, in December they sent a maintenance person who informed us of the urgency of the situation and ripped 2 holes in our ceilings. Work could not progress since it has to be approved by Rentify who has, once again, pulled a disappearing act. My boyfriend, Alex, has been emailing and calling them every single week and all we get is radio silence in response.
Save your sanity, mind and money. They will make you feel like you are not rent paying customers worthy of the bare minimum. Without exaggeration, they have made this the most stressful stay of my life. Please avoid.
Really pleased with Rentify
I have been having a few issues with Rentify to do with the apartment that have yet to be fixed. And I don’t think they will for a while. I have also had issues with Rentify regarding car parking with my apartment. Alice is really efficient and really quick to reply to my emails. When I had an issue twice with hot water and heating she had it sorted within 1-2 days max. I am really happy with Rentify and I would recommend them over any other agency, even with the apartment issues I have had so far. They are really quick to respond via email and they are very polite. I was accepted and moved into the home within 4 weeks. Honesty really happy with them and would highly recommend!!

Rentify - clear and professional.
Brilliant service, going the extra mile (miles!) to make sure that all conditions were met to secure tenancy.
First Charlotte, later Lizzie, made lengthy preparations spanning nearly 2 months to get the process finished and still get me in by Christmas.
Communications throughout are clear and friendly from everyone I encountered across several mediums. Responses have always been within 24 hours.
I am more than happy with the process and the outcome, which has largely been driven by the excellent people I've had contact with.
Thoroughly recommended.

Poor customer service…
I moved into a Brand new flat on 27/11 but the heating and hot water did not work and inventory clerk didn’t know how to operate.I have raised 2 tickets to the repair team and sent many emails to the support team to ask to get this fixed.
I have been polite and patient.
But still no contact, just a few short mails saying it’s been noted.
Rentify you have clever marketing, good sales people but awful customer service.
So I will write to your MD through LinkedIn and if this isn’t fixed I will cancel my tenancy.

I wouldn’t recommend
First of all, I needed to move in ASAP. The flat was going to be available from 30/9 online but when I decided to move in, then the date became far later and I had to stay in an Airbnb place for extra one month and a half to wait for the flat.
They don’t have spare keys so when you are locked out, you have to pay for unlocking yourself which costs £100.
Miscommunication between a customer centre operator and an inventory clerk.
Took days to just set a time.
If that was a little bit of mistake then I was fine. But let me write this review hoping that they will rebuild their business models and professional service. It was stressful experience.
The flat was pretty and comfortable except for unclosable windows, a door stopper, curtain rails and a door hook that started falling down right after I moved in.
Modern & Easy Move in Process + Fantastic Service!
The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute pleasure right from viewing the property to after we have moved in. Always had very friendly conversations with anyone I have dealt with on the phone and also always been extremely quick to get back to me.
I must also give a big thanks to Georgie in the property management team who has been super helpful with the move in process and helping sort out issues.
Overall fantastic service and would definitely recommend Renitfy for anyone reading this and considering a move with them.
