I love in America, had an accident in Valencia, Spain while on vacation. I am very much appreciative that the rental company suggested that I insure the vehicle. I was alerted by the insurance company immediately after the car rental company alerted them. The instructions to submit my claim were very clear, concise and easy to follow. My claim was paid in 48 hours...no further questions were asked. Thank you for your diligence.

Super easy to apply and get a quote. The only insurance I have found that is reasonably priced and affordable for the amount of coverage.

I had a car accident and your company paid out the entire amount to me that the fraudulent Car Company overcharged I do not wish this upon anyone but your company held up your contract and paid me out but WOODFORD CAR RENTAL IN South Africa is the worst most dishonest company i have ever dealt with. We had to make claim, and Rental Cover made it easy, and they were incredibly prompt about assessing the claim and paying us for it. Within 48 hours, we had reimbursement money in our account. What a relief! We will you Rental Cover again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am very glad I took a rental cover for the car in Mallorca! The car rental office in Mallorca charged me incorrectly for something but I couldn’ proove I was right. It took me some time to upload all the documents, contract, invoice etc but then I recieved the amount wirhin 2 days. It is not the first time I took the rental cover but the first time I had to use it and now for sure I will continue to take it always.

I’d read the instructions from their website before speaking to the rental company so I had the documents I needed, submitted my claim online quite easily, instantly had verification that it was received, a couple hours later advised it was approved, and within a total of 6 hours, I received payment. I’d actually managed to have the claim processed and paid faster than the rental company processing the charge to my card - which is incredible. Exceptionally impressed and reassured I will use this service again!

The after service from RentalCover was exceptional. I was unsure about claiming for damage underneath the vehicle which was pointed out after my rental car was returned which I had not noticed when the contract began. I also could not be certain that damage had been caused during the rental. However I made a claim as the charge had been deducted from my deposit. The required information was sent and the claim accepted and paid to me without delay. I could not be happier with the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone, rather than taking out usually exorbitant costs from rental companies who will also challenge any claims.

This is the second time I am writing regarding my claim with RentalCover.co. I re‑uploaded all required documents on 4 July 2026 that I have submitted before, yet I have received no response since then. No updates from email, no replies through the system, and there is no telephone number available to contact your team directly.

This claim has already been ongoing for more than two months, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect a proper reply by next week.

Got scammed by the car hire company (OK Mobility in Rhodes).
They made scratches on the car when we were waiting at the car return with our back to the car, and charged us 660 euro for the damage. RentalCover covered the full amount. Very happy with them.

Very happy with rental cover! The paperwork and process were straightforward and the claim was promptly settled. I agree with other customers that Car Italy Rental co. seems they are running a scam. Claiming excess for pre-existing scratches. I support also other customers indicating that Insurers need to stop it.

Claimed for a broken windscreen on our hire car - the entire process was streamlined and only took 3 days from go to whoa. Pleasantly surprised.

Put claim in the day I got back to England.
The next day heard back saying claim agree.
Money fully paid back into account.

Got the coverage, had an unfortunate incident, claimed pretty smoothly and was paid just a few days later. Very good and straightforward.

It's easy to claim, as long as you submit all the required documents and supporting evidence. As long as it wasn't caused by dangerous or reckless driving, I believe there's about a 90% chance the claim will be approved, and the process is quite efficient.

I didn't expect it, but I was paid within one day after providing the contract I had with the car rental company and a photo of the damage I had sustained. Thank you very much!

I have been trying to reach out to customer service for 5 days with 0 response to amend an email typo error, payment has been taken and 0 communication from the company themselves! Extremely disappointed, I am still waiting for a response from them
