Easy to submit a claim, no hidden 'gotchas'.
Trustworthy insurance provider.

I have used RentalCover now on about six occasion whilst travelling both domestic and international - luckily I have not had to use it - but the website is really easy to navigate the and charges are far less than the insurance policies the rental company offer.

Excellent service and advice. Response time to email was swift and greast advice. Able to have processing completed the next day without any issues. Policy rewceived within 2 minutes of finalising payment.

Filing a claim was simple and hassle free. Once I uploaded all the documentation, the claim was approved within a day.

Rentalcover (though Booking.com) provided us with coverage that was insufficient to cover the vehicle that we selected. This resulted in surprise last-minute charges at vehicle pick-up as we had to purchase coverage from the rental agency to have the vehicle released. When I contacted RentalCover.com support, they ghosted me after their first response and have never responded to my follow-ups providing them additional information that they requested (nor to follow-ups asking for response).

Because of the deposit/return structure of booking through a 3rd party, I still don't know if I will be double-charged for vehicle protection.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend RentalCover.com.

I have been trying to resolve a claim since **January**, and as of **July**, I have still not received any payment. Throughout the process, I have found the claims handling to be slow, frustrating, and difficult. In my experience, communication has been unhelpful, and I have repeatedly been asked for additional information without reaching a resolution.

The insurance was purchased through **RentalCover.com** as part of an **Expedia** booking with **Flexways**. I expected the claims process to be straightforward, but that has not been my experience.

If you are considering purchasing rental car insurance, I encourage you to carefully research your options. Based on my experience, I would choose coverage directly at the rental counter or through another provider instead.

I was extremely impressed at how fast you determined the amount you would pay Hertz for the accident. I am amazed that more people don't use this insurance for rental cars. Great work!

We had a dent on our rental vehicle while on vacation and had RentalCover insurance. The claim process was seamless and we got the complete refund withing 3 business days once we provided all the information required for the process like photos of the dent, in detail repair bill, etc.

I hired a vehicle through an online hire site that offered insurance through RentalCover.com however when I got to the counter they told me to be careful of online insurance and had to pay another $150 in insurance through Europcar and on return was told that I had put a chip in the window but wasn't covered as I had a $1500 excess and the windscreen was $1000, went through the fairly simple process of claiming through RentalCover and received a few emails telling me that my claim was being processed and a few days later recieved full payment. Would highly recommend these guys for affordable cover.

so easy to use the app and the price for insuring your rental car is much much cheaper than paying at the counter....i use them all the time....the rental coverage is better than the car company if you were to use them....

So glad I found this company has saved me lots of money
