Do not use!!! I booked rental insurance via booking.com. The rental broken down before i even left the rental car park. I was charged $3k on the spot and after sumbmitting a claim with rental cover over 3 months ago I have not heard anything other than they are reviewing the claim. I have followed up multiple times. No response. There isn't a number to phone. I am yet to speak to a human about requesting to talk to someone to resolve the claim multiple times. Do not use!!!

I always use Rental Cover and the only time I had to make a claim, they made it so easy and very quick. Great service!

The claim form is very easy to fill out, and I received a response and a reimbursement within a few days.

The most helpful and trustful insurane to buy.

I used this insurance coverage during a trip to Sicily. I needed to make a claim after sustaining damage to my rental vehicle. The company was prompt, efficient, and professional in handling the reimbursement, which was processed less than a week after I submitted the claim.

After submitting my claim my case was reviewed within 48 hours and I was able to received payment automatically as my claim was accepted. A good experience and I would use Rental Cover again

Car was broken into, leaving a smashed side window and an expensive payment to the rental company. Claim accepted and paid within a day!

It’s quick and easy to complete the claim form with the materials the rental company provides, and the review and payment process are really quick! Almost the next it gets done. Definitely buy it in my next trip.

Simple & Competitive rates. Have not had to make a claim (as yet) but certainly the set up process was easy to complete and beats paying the rental company much higher rates to get zero excess.

I had only thought of getting rental insurance recently due to the huge excess that rental companies are now expecting. After research on the internet, I found rentalcover.com. The process of applying and paying for the insurance was very straightforward. The price was very affordable. Sadly, someone hit the car whilst in a car park and did not leave their contact details. I found it very easy to claim online with rentalcover.com. The processing was within a few days and the reimbursement was in my account within a week. Very efficient. Highly recommended.

We rented a car through Booking.com and upon picking it up, we immediately received an email from RentalCover with comprehensive information about the coverage and how to proceed in case of need. Unfortunately, we had a minor issue with an exterior part of the car, and we paid the rental company for the repair. Upon returning to our country, we filed a claim online, submitting all the documentation requested by RentalCover, and in less than 24 hours, they credited the amount we had paid. The resolution was almost immediate and very easy through the company's website. This was the first time we used Booking.com to rent a car and the first time we had a problem with the car during a trip, so we were very satisfied with RentalCover's service. Thank you very much!

I’ve used RentalCover.com 5+ times and it is so easy to arrange online and very competitively priced. I’ve never had to make a claim so I can’t comment on that process.
