I rented a car from Noleggiare and had a little dent in the left back door that was seen by the inspector. They charged me EUR 430 for that. After some scratches while returning the rented vehicle to the rental company, I have been charged more than 2000 Euro for fixes. Thanks god I had rentalcover covering this rental. I have been customer of rentalcover.com many times and always appreciated there simple buying process. First time I had experience in filing claim through their website. It was quite detailed, clearly described and they wanted all the documents which took me almost 45 mins to file the claim. The claim was fully approved within 2 working days and I was pleasantly surprised on how fast they processed the claim.

The link to the xcover account which is included in the email update notifications isn’t correct. I always had to go back to the original profile registration confirmation email.

I just needed to write to thank you for you prompt action on my claim for damage to a rental car in Iceland.
